I have the impression since we know who Andy's murderer could have been that they took him away from where they kidnapped him to a remote area and after doing all kinds of humiliation with him they either simply buried him or dismembered him and left him in bags or given to animals from some forest... sick minds that can conceive all kinds of harm to an innocent child...
