Such a strange feeling cheering for the defense. Especially in this case. My own daughter was 2 in 2015 when this started unfolding, and this case instantly had me by the heart strings. However, I just cannot find the evidence to lay blame on MM solely. In my heart, the blame lays with the mother and the truth is somewhere beneath the lies.

The no pajamas has always bothered me, glad he pointed it out to the jury.

I even liked Shapiro during this closing and he was right on point in everything he said. We have been saying the same things.

I cannot see how the jury could possibly find a guilty verdict! There may be a hung jury after this judge gives her instructions but right this minute the jurors have to have serious Reasonable Doubt! This judge will (and has) come across as seeming to be so pro-prosecution that I hope no juror will take her que.
