Why does she get special treatment when released? All other inmates are released from jail into the streets they are lucky to even get a bus pass they end up in homeless shelters or on streets and no one cares. Why should they find her a bed and a place to go they dont do that for others.

Prosecutors previously said they're asking that Bond be sentenced to the time she's already served in jail plus probation.
Bond and her boyfriend, Michael McCarthy, were arrested in September 2015 in the killing earlier that year of Bella Bond.

So that would mean she served 1 year, 9 months and about 12 days.... NOT enough!!!

There's a video that says "Rachelle Bond would rather stay in jail then be released to the streets: Lawyer".

There was a tweet that said Rachelle is charged with accessory after the fact to murder (7 yr max) and larceny (5 yr max).

So if she breaks her probation - she would be sentenced to 12 years? or minus the year 9 months she's served. Anyone know how that works? :thinking:

They are pretty awesome, I sell a lot of stuff on there(well I put it outside and list it and say leave money under the mat as I don't want to open my door to random people) and so far no one has stolen anything! I use to just donate it but ever since the Salvation Army stopped coming to my area to pick up donations, whatever doesn't fit in my jeep gets listed on fb!

If you left something out here - it would be gone in a heartbeat - with no $$ under the mat! :lol:

I questioned the same. Is it because they think there will be a successful appeal and they need her to testify again?

But rather than face the temptations of life outside, she chose Tuesday to remain in jail after learning that a drug treatment center refused to take her, apparently because of her role in the notorious case.

“She has nowhere to go,” her lawyer, Janice Bassil, told reporters.

The Salvation Army, which runs adult rehabilitation centers, had reserved a bed for Bond, who has a history of homelessness.

But during a sidebar conversation with Sanders and Assistant District Attorney David Deakin, Bassil said that as of Monday afternoon, the Salvation Army was no longer offering a spot for Bond.

"I mean, what happened was, it really was because of her name that the Salvation Army withdrew their offer,” Bassil told the judge, according to a court transcript.

Bond’s struggle to find treatment comes as she still copes with the public backlash against her that began when she was first identified as the mother of Bella Bond in September 2015.

I agree, I'm glad I don't live in Boston where you can be convicted for life in prison with no evidence except testimony from a lying drug addict witness who got called out on numerous lies.

The real truth is CW don't want to let her walk out of jail is because so many people hate her and thought she was responsible for Bella's death or just as guilty. She's probably had death threats. That's really bad when a drug rehab doesn't want you. That's very telling.

Her attorney says she just wants to stay clean the alms she's concerned about right now. Well I got a good idea hey RB get a JOB!! where you have something other to do then sit around doing drugs all day long. She's a <modsnip> who helped drag and throw her baby in dirty water like a piece of TRASH.

Just watch book deal will be coming and a TV movie. She will be famous.
