Has probation fees, her atty wants that forgotten.... like picking up trash, which leads to substance abuse? Waive community services while she's in treatment. Out-patient can do her community service.

Waiving probation fees; while she is in treatment for 2 years; and then start paying the fees with community service.

Release her Friday morning - have bed for her on Friday; RB doesn't want to be released before then. Guess it's better than on the streets for her....

Time to start was said to be noon, so yes, they were late!

Frustrating. She doesn't even have to allocute

The least they could have done given her sweet plea deal where she pays basically no consequence for her role in the death and disposal of her daughter was make her stand before the court and with her own mouth state exactly what she did and did not do as the person who was charged with keeping her daughter safe.

Disgusted with the fact that they didn't make her do so.
