Good thought. Always a possibility on the clothes being bought 2nd hand or discount. :) I love Bealls! There is one in Danover, MA. I don't think there are any others in MA. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I have not been to the Danover one in forever! I do a lot of shopping at the ones in FL when we visit our Summer home. On the same topic as outlets, they could have bought clothes at tag sales or consignment shops. I get the feeling her clothes were bought out right new just because that design is not that old. JMO.
ah , u are a florida gal too..sometimes..lol... yes we shop alot at the outlets, maybe the upc code in label can be run by target in that area to see if if came from them, and date..

So watching 48 Hours tonight "Perilous Journey" got me thinking about foreign adoption. Often under the radar. Natural death as far as we know.
I don't know. I haven't thought it out yet.

u dont see the resemblance, really... not at all? okay

No Just those 2 pictures but all the others are not even close. Not being snarky, But when I was teaching I got kids confused on a regular basis, LOL. And at 3 or 4 there are so many who are just so similar. Those cheeks, those eyes and that hair. I think I posted about a relative I could have sworn took my kids studio picture haha.

Our little Baby Doe just looks so familiar and that is why so many have been called in and then ruled out IMO.

Well we are grasping at straws at this point, but i do resemblance in shape face, cheeks, lips, head, and distance between the eyes. the only thing that stands out a bit is the width in her nose above the nostrils, but of course with pics they are all diff. it may not be her, but i cant be sure until shes ruled out.. Does make yah wonder what has happened to emili,. tragic death her father had.. We should know in a few days weeks, i guess.

All the hoping and wishing in the world can't make this kid look like Baby Doe. IMO

Really? I think Emile looks just like her. I'm not totally convinced, because well ya know these cases always shock us, but I do think she looks like baby doe. I will be anxious over the next 2 weeks waiting for those DNA results

They are personally delivering the DNA results... is it a match?

The wait for the results of the DNA examination of the case Emili Anacleto Miranda, missing since May 2014, should take another 15 days. In late July, a US agent picked Emili's mother's saliva, Josenilda Miranda, to compare the genes of a girl found dead earlier that month, on a beach of the Port of Boston, in the State of Masschusett.

The delegate of the Bureau of Missing, Wanderlei Redondo said that the genetic material was delayed a few days to reach the United States because, and instead of being sent via pouch, the American police officer, Phillip Chaves, personally took to the country .

Read more news about Jaragua do Sul and region

- We are in direct contact with staff and we were not informed of any results. Therefore, we believe that with the delay of delivery of the material, should take another 15 to get out the result - informs Redondo.

The investigation was prompted after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, in English) released on social networks, a girl's face reconstruction image found dead in Boston Harbor beach. The image drew attention of Brazilians for the alleged resemblance to Emili. However, the delegate in charge, Milena Fatima Rose, says that the main research line is not the Boston girl. Currently, the Bureau of Protection of Children, Adolescents, for Women and the Elderly (DPCAMI) of Jaragua do Sul, with the Bureau of Missing in Florianópolis, continue to investigate other complaints.

Remind case

Emili Anacleto Miranda, who was then almost two years, was taken by his father, Alexandre Anacleto, 31, during a visit assisted the girl's mother's house in Jaragua do Sul, on 21 May 2014. Three days after the the child's disappearance, Alexander was found dead and charred from your car on the beach in Itajuba in Barra Velha. Since then, the disappearance is being investigated.

Then again, men and women see things differently. In actual fact. So not faulting anyone here. But I am, in fact, lining up behind people who would like to see a teeth composite.

Speaking in support of all here, my wife is an artist. I was an engineer and sometime poet. In 40 years we have never seen things the same.

That's why Boston people are pissa. Oh, wait,,, she is from Connecticut.

I got goose bumps when I saw the photo of Emili and Baby Doe. I think they look very much alike, jmo. I wonder if there are Boston connections?

Glad to see so many still so invested in finding our little princess's identity. That is the beauty of having so many members with so many different eyes, perspectives and experiences. We all see something different. Everyone has something to add.

I get what you are saying. My husband never sees what I see. I think he does it to annoy me mostly. Lol. He's born/raised in Boston. I'm the Southern transplant. People in New England are different lol...abrupt! :) After a year, I'm just starting to sorta figure them out. Oh and I completely agree--would love to see a composite with teeth!

Yes, it's cold in NE! Bitter winters. Im not a winter person. FL is the compromise. Lol. I'm sure LE have details on exactly where the clothing came from. I too bought the blanket from Kmart, a couple of them in different patterns. The zebra pattern was a choice. They come rolled up. There is a tag with a # on it. If the caregiver did not tear it off, it seems to ME that makes it very identifiable. Same on the polka dot leggings. That was probably the easy part of the case. JMO.

Here is a little more on Emili. It is not NEW NEW but it told me a bit more about the DNA they collected. Just sharing.
This link should be the article with english translation. If it doesn't work let me know. PS: Do you think it means THIS coming Monday? That's how I read it. I wonder if they will release something on Labor Day.

LOL he's not "trying" to annoy you. He's a guy. We fix things. "don't fix it just listen". "Why should I listen if I'm not gonna fix it?" "Arrrgh!" "because you supposedly care about me". Exactly, that's why I wanna fixt it". "AARRGGGHHH". "What?"

Anyway I was blessed with the powerful gift of empathy. It's painful, LOL
