On these articles, it talks about Emili's health issues. I never read that before now. She's lactose intolerant and has a heart murmur. Could someone die from that and it not show up at autopsy? It seems to me that something to do with the heart would be detectable. Does anyone know? Emili's mom does not think this is her child. Her and LE pointed out that Emili is smaller than baby doe and that baby doe has way more "volume" over Emili...that Emili could not have got to that volume within three months of her disappearance. LE strongly believes baby doe is 4, where as Emili is younger at 3.

http://www.microsofttranslator.com/.../07/150710_salasocial_desaparecidas_sc_eua_rs

and http://www.microsofttranslator.com/...nina-desaparecida-ha-mais-de-2-meses-11082014

Somehow the time of emili missing must have been lost in translation - literally. Right? It's been more than 3 months.

As far as the "volume" goes, I noticed a long time ago that that blue shirt that baby doe is wearing shows shoulders that are way too big for her face. I then noticed that it's the same shoulders that were put on another missing age progressed photo of another child. Might have been the girl they just found in Florida- the mom was sent to jail. The dad has custody. Anyway, my point is that those shoulders are way too big for these little girls and the chunky heavy almost denim thickness material of that blue shirt doesn't help.

Furthermore, her weight does not make her pudgy. It makes her very small in fact. So if Emili was tiny, our baby is actually pretty tiny too. She just has a round face. Bloating may have tripped up the artist?? But there are lots of girls and women, for that matter, that have large round faces and full cheeks on thin bodies. The fullness of her face does not mean she was chubby.

But all in all, I don't know if it's worse to want baby doe to be Emili or for baby doe to be determined to not be emili. From our standpoint, followers of baby doe's case, we want her to have a name. From a mother's standpoint, however, it could go both ways. The thought of your baby girl out there in this big bad world potentially being groomed for trafficking, yet still alive, versus the thought of her being found deceased on the shores of a boston island?? I guess to me, knowing she's in Heaven would be more comforting, but I've never been in such an awful situation as a mother of a missing child, so it's really impossible to assume.

Furthermore, Everyone responds to tragedy so differently and many times unexpectedly. So much so, that a lot if times I've found myself speculating the innocent husband of a missing woman was guilty because he did or didn't cry right or enough or speak out enough etc. Only to find out days later that the neighbor killed his wife. (Whitney was her name. In Oregon.) I never posted that the husband seemed guilty because I knew better - grief is handled by everyone differently. And guilt is in the eye of the beholder. Some things that I interpreted as strange reactions, others thought were perfectly normal.

Anyway, that was a little off topic. But who knows what this poor mother is going through. My guess is she's saying "that's not my daughter" because she can't bear the thought of her never coming home alive. Either way, poor lady :(

I don't know much about heart murmurs, but I do know I had one when I was 8-9 and it was gone a few years later. I know that can happen.

Ditto. My eldest son had a heart murmur that was gone by 4 years old. Not saying Emili's is gone. Just pointing out that many do go away over time.

Here is a little more on Emili. It is not NEW NEW but it told me a bit more about the DNA they collected. Just sharing.
This link should be the article with english translation. If it doesn't work let me know. PS: Do you think it means THIS coming Monday? That's how I read it. I wonder if they will release something on Labor Day.

http://www.microsofttranslator.com/...emili-pode-ser-esclarecido-nesta-segunda.html

When I clicked the translator link, it was blank. Anyone else heard or interpreted that it's today they will have results for Emili's DNA? Or is it next Monday. I'm thinking next Monday just because it's Labor Day- and it seems like the last article I read that was translated said 2 weeks and it hasn't been 2 weeks. I HOPE HOPE HOPE its today, however

That's what I want to know...
‘Unthinkable’: Parts of Toddler’s Dismembered Body Found Floating in Lagoon at Chicago Park

CHICAGO (TheBlaze/AP) — After a toddler’s dismembered feet and hand were discovered in a lagoon at a Chicago urban park, detectives waded through cattail reeds and waist-high water Sunday, hoping to find more clues about the young victim’s identity.

And this:

Variety of mutilated animals found strewn in city parks

There’s magic in New York City’s parks — black magic.

More than a dozen mutilated animals have been discovered in the past 18 months, apparent victims of ritual sacrifice, records show.

New Yorkers found four severed goat heads, scores of mutilated chickens and other birds, three butchered pigs and a calf’s head, according to 311 complaint data.

The Fort George Playground in Highbridge Park in upper Manhattan was fouled by a particularly gruesome animal mutilation in January 2014 — a goat head “pinned up on one of the trees” and the body “wrapped in a red sheet and on the ground,” a 311 caller reported.

Goat heads were twice found in another kiddie park, the Lincoln Road Playground inside Prospect Park in Brooklyn.

Here is the article in English for those of you that couldn't see it......... The case of the girl Emili Anacleto Miranda, who disappeared in Jaragua do Sul for a year and three months, may have its outcome. The result of the DNA test done in the United States due out on Monday.

If the identity is confirmed, the police will investigate how the girl ended up there. The inquiry into the disappearance of Emili already has more than 360 pages. Girl's relatives do not believe in the physical resemblance pointed in the photos.

. "The only thing I feel is that it's my daughter," says the mother of Emili

Last July 29, four DNA samples from Josenilda Alves Miranda, mother of Emili, were taken at the police station of Jaragua do Sul woman by a federal agent. The material will indicate whether the girl's body found inside a plastic bag in a creek in the US state of Massachusetts at the end of June is Emili. The stage of the investigation was made by the agent who works at the Brazilian embassy and arrived in Brazil for this. He was not authorized to speak to the media.

The girl was last seen on May 21, 2014 in Old Bar, North Coast of Santa Catarina. She was in her father's company, who was found dead three days later. Since then, investigations of the Civil Police failed to unravel the mystery of the death of the child or the child's disappearance father.

Wow all of this at once is....really damn unsettling. I'm a New Yorker and I'm only just now hearing about the animal parts. I doubt it has anything to do with the Baby Doe but that other body? Good lord, that opens up a can of worms. I'm not too familiar with the Boston area, but is that beach close to Deer Island?

The way Floridian and I read it, the article said Monday--as in today. It's 15 days from the original countdown. Just an observation, does not mean the math is correct. Anything could have happened with the tests. With it being a holiday, I assumed they probably would not release anything today. Hopefully we all hear something soon! :) Happy Labor Day Baby Doe...know that many LE officials are working hard on your case baby girl.

JMO. With it being a holiday and the guy found being in his 20's, my opinion is its not related. This kind of stuff happens up here. People are drawn to dumping people on the beach. The water lures them in, it always has. Something about water and people O'ding or committing--like the lady on plum island. I will be following to see if anything useful turns up. On the black magic NY thing, I *think* there is a thread for that. I will have to go back and look where I read it. I don't think it's connected to BD. They never released anything pointing to black magic or satanist in BD case. The dog walker did not report seeing anything like that. I tend to believe they leave a calling card on cases like that. People can be cruel and depraved. Disgustingly tragic situation NY LE has on their hands.

JMO. Yes, the dates from article to article (regarding Emili) are all over the map. She's been missing since 2014 though. I tend to think on the digital progressions there is probably "stock bodies" of kids they use to build a composite. Correct me if I'm wrong on that. I dont think they want us to think BD is chunky but more that she has proper nutrition, she was well cared for. :) She's larger than Emili per the article. Who knows what kind of photos the mom was actually shown. But these two kids aren't the same age either (per their investigation details). They are a year apart.

Since we now know this linking won't work LOL. Lets try copy and paste! I dont want anyone left out from reading. Here u go, both articles.

1st article (remember this was translated but u get the gist): The case of Miss Miranda missing Anacleto, Emili Jaraguá do Sul for a year and three months, may have its outcome. If the identity is confirmed, the police will investigate how the girl ended up in that country. The investigation which investigates the disappearance of Emili already has more than 360 pages. The girl's family not believe physical resemblance pointed to the pictures. "The only thing I feel is that it's not my daughter." says mother of Emili. On the last day July 29, four samples of DNA from Lily Adam Miranda, mother of Emili, were dropped in the women's Precinct of jaragua do Sul by a u.s. federal agent. The material will indicate if the girl's body found inside a plastic bag in a Creek Township, Massachusetts at the end of the month is brother Emili. The stage of investigation was made by the agent who works at the Brazilian Embassy and arrived in Brazil for that. He was not allowed to speak to the press. The girl was last seen the day May 21, 2014 in Barra Velha, North coast of Santa Catarina. She was in the company of his father, who was found dead three days later. Since then, the Civil Police investigations have failed to unravel the mystery of the death of the father of the girl or the disappearance of the child.

2nd article: A two-year-old girl has been missing for nearly three months in Jaraguá do Sul (SC). The day of 21 may, the little girl left home accompanied by the father. A day later, he was found dead and the child's family never heard from her. What's troubling is that Miranda has health Anacleto Emili fragile. The little girl has lactose intolerance and heart murmur, which requires medical attention, according to Deputy Milena Rosa. The child's parents were separated and the girl lived with her mother. By court order, the father, Alexander Anacleto, had a right to see his daughter every 15 days. And it was on one of these visits that he fled taking Emili. The girl's mother tells how was the action of the former.
— When I went into the kitchen and looked out the window he was already running. Took the girl played in the front seat of the car, no seat, no belt and escaped.
Lily tells us that half an hour later, he called to say he'd kill Emili and commit suicide, was it would rekindle the relationship with the mother of the child.
In March this year, the child's father would have registered a police report, after receiving threats from his ex-wife and her brothers. The father of Anacleto, José Anacleto Grandson, says he doesn't believe in son's suicide.
— This is conversation. From the beginning, she says that my son is unbalanced. My son wouldn't hurt this child. My son was killed. They got there and they caught him off guard. The body of Anacleto was found burned to death inside the car in old city Bar located in the coast of Santa Catarina.According to police investigations, two teenagers have confessed that they set fire in the car, because messed in the car and were afraid of being prosecuted. According to them, the body had gunshots. The girl was last seen in a donut shop 50 km from Jaraguá do Sul. The diner has no security cameras, but the presence of a man alone with a small child caught the attention of owner Mike Tavares.
— He was alone with the girl. It's hard to see a father with a child alone. She was fine with her father, sat, talked, he even changed the clothes she got dirty. She called him dad. The child's mother, Addy, Ade is desperate. She says that everything reminds of Emili.
— It's time to take a bath, she was with me, she slept with me. I don't know how long I can stand it. She was so happy, cheerful. Is very hurt. The police say they believe he is still alive, because the Superior expertise found no trace of the girl's death.

Here is the video that accompanies the article.

This is literally right there. Dad maybe??

It says Dad was found murdered 15 months ago and the little girl (if this is her) has been considered missing in her home country all this time. Tragic and awful.
