If I was near Boston to volunteer, I would put her poster in every restaurant I could. In the back kitchen/dishwashing area and focus on mom and pop (non chain) restaurants.

But this is focusing on the speculation Our Girl was with her father. I know many restaurants that hire the men.

If she was with her mother... where do illegal immigrant women work? How do they survive and provide for a child?
I'm thinking private housecleaning or daycare for other children. What else??

Prostitution, stripping ect. due to human trafficking. They are often moved around the country, imo. Also possibly sew/ work in garment and electronic factories.imo.

I asked, why do you think no one has come forward.

BOSTON —The young girl the world came to know as "Baby Doe" has been identified, 5 Investigates Kathy Curran reported Friday.

A suspect was in custody after a search warrant was executed at a Boston home Thursday, 5 Investigates reported.

The identity of the toddler was not immediately released, but 5 Investigates reported she was from Boston.

The young girl’s body was found inside a trash bag by a woman who was walking her dog on Deer Island on June 25.

There was no immediate word on the cause of her death or the charges the suspect faces.

Maxwell Street is not very long.

ETA: What I mean by that is that you can take a tour with the "google man" on google maps (street view). Maxwell Street is only a few blocks long.
