There is really no excuse for the amount of time Bella was unidentified if someone was calling and asking for a welfare check, given this ladies history. How do these things happen? People are paid good money to protect children in these situations.

Monday Rant: I wish people would stop complaining about the sketch. These professional sketch artists do their best with what they have. In this case, they did NOT have a photograph of Bella. They had to work with her poor little decomposed body.

I agree and personally think the sketch was excellent, especially considering what the artist ha to go on.
