IMO, the government should fund and staff DCF or abolish it. You can't under-fund and under-staff a program and expect it to function. It becomes a placebo. The government needs to do their job and protect the vulnerable!

Where was she for the last few months? I really have some problems with all of these people chiming in now. Just think, what if she hadn't died, she would still be living in a nightmarish environment and NO one would be checking on her. She escaped living hell by death. These people that "loved" her need to go away.
