This is the first I've read of 5 months.. And that nobody saw her? Seems easy enough to disprove- neighbors saying they saw he out for a smoke, asking about wifi, etc..

She probably stayed in the apt to avoid questions from neighbors about Bella. She posted on FB!!! I don't believe her and neither does LE, judge or she wouldn't be held on one million dollar bond. That would be horrible to charge an innocent victim held hostage which they don't believe she was or she would be out of jail.

She should repay state welfare dept and federal gov for section 8 housing she was on while committing fraud., dead child and still received benefits. HUD requires no drug use, no past arrest for drugs or felonies is allowed in housing nor other people living in the home not approved. Do you seriously think MM was approved????

i was one of them but i did not say ONLY. i said it likely was a young, single mother w a habit. i was close to spot on, actually.

Going back many threads ago, RB is 40 and not a young mother yet liked chose the zebra print theme. Some speculated that only young mothers would chose zebra print.

DCF has to follow the laws made by legislators. The keeping families together is probably a govt mandate just like it is in my state.

at that point though, all we could do was speculate. i personally thought it was ridiculous to think she was a child from another continent, but anything was possible because we didnt know.

It was a ridiculous assumption to be honest. I don't get that at all. I'm 42 and like animal print.

Maybe so, but I really don't get the criticism of speculations that happened when people were simply trying to figure the case out. Why go back in time and say "you were so wrong!" when nobody knew the truth? WSers speculate with what is known at the time, and that includes pondering and guessing aloud.

Why pull something from before the case broke open and point out that it was wrong? If we knew the truth from the beginning, we could simply call the police and say, "Go get 40-something druggy mom RB on Maxwell street. Baby Doe is her daughter Bella."

According to the DA, Bond says that the incident leading to her death was on May 29 around 11:30 pm.

June to mid September is 3 1/2 months. So either BioDad does not know how to count, or he knows not of which he speaks. I'll go for the latter.

Thank you. I agree. He never went to the cops. I have no respect for him. If she has no part of it why didn't him and RB go to the cops? Who are they trying to fool?

no it wasnt. but i believe it has been speculated that since she was in the fridge and not the freezer, the cells didnt change which would come up in autopsy.

I have a question. Did the fact that the baby was stored in a refrigerator just come up when RB confessed or was this suspected by LE when the baby was found? The reason i ask is because an early report that i have read said they thought she hadnt been dead very long and in fact they surmised she had been alive as recently as the weekend before her body was found. So, if we believe RB when she says the baby died around May 29th and the early reports from the beginning of July said they thought she may have been alive until a few days before her body was found.. then she had to be refrigerated. JMO

Was a refrigerator or freezer ever mentioned as a possibility in the news prior to RB speaking out last week? Thanks.

Jesus what the **** is wrong with ALL these people? The mother, the babysitters, Rachelle (though that somewhat explains (NOT EXCUSES) how she turned to drugs and treated her daughter the same way. Some people just learn from abuse, while others will go the complete opposite to spare their children the pain they went through. I too would like to know how on earth this woman got custody of the older child. Was the abuse never reported? I hope the mother is not treating the grandson (now her son, I guess) in the same manner she treated those girls.

She told JA MM would not let her make any calls but yet she had no problem posting on FB. I'm sure she could have asked for help on FB if she really wanted to but she wanted to keep Bella hidden as long as she could and hopefully eventually everyone would forget about her and stop looking.

Any real mother that loved their child would DIE for them. If someone hurt my baby and threatened to off me next, that would not stop me from putting up a fight. Besides, she was able to go outside for a cigarette as seen by her neighbors. She could have easily told anyone the truth then. Manipulative liar.
