I think he may be acquitted. But it is possible that she is the one responsible for Bella's death. I am leaning that way at this time...:fence:

RB should NEVER have been dropped from this case. They should have tried them both together. I'm sick that she gets probation for a deal. SHE was ultimately responsible for her daughter. UGH.. just UGH

Have to agree with you on this!! Why oh why did they not charge her with more! Like someone said above - if she is the only evidence that the DA has - I don't believe there will be Justice for Bella....

Thank you to those who posted tweets and the link. I missed all of this morning, except for the judge's instructions. Did the live stream go off during Bonnie Flynn's testimony? I can't seem to find a link to it. If someone does, can they please post. TIA

After watching the opening statements of both the CW and the defense, I have to say that I wasn't really impressed with either. I hope they get the live stream corrected by tomorrow (after reading all these posts!).
