Breaks me a little to see Bella's bday video. What me and my hubs would do for a baby. I have a 22 year old son that I had young. Sadly now years later I fell in love with my partner now (sons daddy passed when he was 5) we can't seem to make it work having a child together. We haven't started testing and don't know if we will. Right now we are just fur mommy and daddies. Plus still raising my boy. Thought that ended at 18!! Lol.
Anyhow on a rant that people can have babies and treat them like crap. I wouldn't drop the f bomb on my boy now. I mean I've sworn in front of him yes but argh. How many of us would have loved on little Bella or the countless other children murdered by their loved ones.

While RB is explaining the text she makes sure to say grizzy instead and says it is tobacco. I was sure that she was not talking about tobacco in that text, so I went on a little search:

And another thing how old is RB? Had my son at 17. Dad passed when he was 5. I was a single mother after that. I never used the system (nothing wrong with it) we didn't have any life insurance and because we weren't legally married when he passed I didn't get any assistance. My son got a small amount of money monthly that I used till he was a teenager. It was approx 100$-200$ Cad monthly. Anyhow. My son is alive. I never had CPS enter my life. I didn't bring random people in and out. First BF he met is now hubs. When my son was 15. He was my focus. I made mistakes of course. But makes me sick that endless people treat children like crap when teenagers can do it. Not ideal of course and certainly teens have done some horrific things to children. But RB was given another chance with Bella. She destroyed that and snuffed out her life. She should have left her at the pharmacy. She had a better chance with a stranger.

I'm really angry today about this case. Sorry for all my rant a Roos. I really hope RB stays behind bars. If not I hope she legitimately has to look over her shoulder forever. Jmo.

I believe she is currently 41- I don't know her birthdate though. Bella's birthdate is August 6, 2012. So RB was 36ish when she had Bella. I really hope her tubes have been tied or her abdominal surgery has rendered her sterile, it should be illegal for her to have anymore kids.

To me? Articulate and responsive. I thought Sprinski was genuine but tedious, and then RB just made me want to set my head on fire! So in that context...

Can't wait to see how much of his 'hearsay' the judge allows. She will allow some of it, with limitations. That's what the throwdown with defense was about after he stepped down today.

The only possible witnesses were posted on a tweet a while ago. The ME is on tomorrow, then JA back for remainder of direct & then cross. Other possible witnesses are LE, forensics, maybe Megan Fewtrell, Auntie Shannon, maybe others like the ones they discussed earlier today.

The defense doesn't even have to put on a case if they choose, as the burden lies with the prosecution. I have a feeling we will see quite a defense case here though. Will Shapiro call RB back to the stand? I don't think he will have MM testify as RB was such a disaster.

I believe they originally said this trial would last about a month.

I just got to thinking if MM is not convicted and RB is free what are the chances of these two hooking up again possibly shacking up and no justice for poor Bella.

If RB was getting both SSI and SSDI before arrest SSI continues in jail until convicted but once time is served and out of jail. Either both or SSDI starts up again after incarceration. Guaranteed first thing she will do is go straight to the social security office. I'm sure it was in the plea deal she doesn't have to pay her falsely receiving benefits for Bella back.

No wonder she gained so much weight she had her SSI check still coming in until she plead guilty but I think you have 30 days after that. Like I said before once she walk out of jail it will all start up again. I hope she overdoses.

This case is so strange. They really have no evidence so far other than her body and RB said he did it. No exact day of death and even how she died. RB story changed from police report on many details.. Lights on lights off. She saw him punch her then she didn't see. I haven't heard anything about fingerprints, hairs. Etc.

As it stands right now I couldn't convict MM. maybe more will come out. No smoking gun. At this point I feel she is more guilty.
