ETA.....I hope your son finds his way. I had problems too when I was younger....so I know what you, and he are going through.

Thank you so much. I'm enforcing some tough love right now after another failed rehab. Breaks my heart. His step dad still has some limited contact but I'm trying to keep my distance. He stays in my prayers nightly. And once he calls and says "mom I'm ready" I will be there in a heartbeat.
Addictions suck.

Good question. I have just been following tweets, so I don't know if it was asked/ answered in court.

I have always just assumed the bag maybe already had a rip in it, and the weights and body gasses ( sorry ) did the rest.

I want someone to explain 'how' at trial, on record.

Herman's testimony shows how screwed up this case and and how the State rushed on charges.

The tip from Spinsky was received on 9/17.

On 9/18, they located RB and interviewed her for 45 minutes, noting that she was either high on in withdrawal. 45 minutes.

That same day, Bond was charged as an accessory, McCarthy was charged with murder.

Herman did not say anything about interviews with McCarthy and I don't recall that there were any; he was in the hospital and memory says there were no interviews with LE.

LE screwed this one up big time.
