I guess it's bugging me because I've seen pictures of her in her cute little jammies. IMO if I was having a hard time getting a toddler to sleep, one of the things I would do is put them in their comfy pajamas.

Seems I remember someone saying the other day that the top matching the leggings was found in the apartment. She had no top on when recovered from the plastic bags.

that's what I always assumed. rachelle burked her. they put her in the fridge then they both threw her in the harbor.

So it appears the only day between April 30 and sept 18 2015 that MMs phone pinged in the area was the day after Bella was found on deer island...
Hmmmm. This raises my hinky meter... did he go back to the eddy to check if the bag/weights had come up and left his phone ON?
Maybe he did know... this trial is opening my eyes a bit. I think maybe he did know.... I don't think he killed Bella... but it's possible he knew and participated in putting Bella in the water.

Well, since this is the last witness for the DA and the jurors are going to listen to a 30 minute tape - I would say it will be over in about 30 minutes - ??

Let's see if I get a live stream.... I'll be here - hoping it just lasts another 30 minutes.... remember I'm 7 hours ahead of you all! And it's close to my bedtime! :giggle:

Let's see, the interview itself is approximately 30 minutes long, then the DA wiil have questions, then slow talking (but shrewd) Shapiro will get his whack at the witness, the judge will referee, and so forth. With their standard of 30 minutes it doesn't look good for your bedtime, Niner!

I don't know what MM will say in this interview but so far I would not be able to convict him with no DNA, fingerprints, or obvious crime scene.

I'm so looking forward to verdict watch!

I think she did it too but Ive wondered why he didn't blame her like she did him instead of saying he didn't know she was dead and he claim accessory after the fact.

I don't know a part of me thinks he didn't know and she got one of her druggie friends off the streets or clinic to help her and she bartered with drugs. I mean after all she picked up MM outside a pharmacy and JA in a liquor store begging for money. She is really industrious when she wants to be. She would blame anyone to save herself. Drug addicts are selfish. They only care about themselves and their drugs.

All three of them had long hair at the time and others stayed in the place as well. Hair 9" from the root. Easily could have been MM too. No fingerprints or DNA it's hard to convict so far on what I've heard.
