The deceased man has been identified as 54-year-old David Lunn. His wife, 48, is hospitalized in stable condition. The couple were discovered unresponsive by a family member, who called 911 around 7am Friday. The van they were in is registered in Vermont.

Two dogs found in the vehicle, who appeared in good condition, were released into the custody of the Rehoboth Animal Control.
Rehoboth Police say the couple had been staying on the property for a few weeks.
Investigators say there were no signs of carbon monoxide in the van, and the couple had a "possible" history of substance abuse.
