Just came upon this as I was going to post my reoffending sex offender of the day.
David Flavell is finally getting a sentence maybe will make everyone happy. Then again his victims can't be too hapyy, period.

Now the courts are going to try and see if he is indeed the same David Flavell. Hmmmmm. Let's see. Public bathroom. Physically assaulting a woman. Beating her senseless.
Ya think? Dear Lord just keep him locked up. This assault could have been prevented.
