I notice in the first post LE estimated remains had been exposed for up to 1 year. Namus says PMI 5 years, so a much broader length of time.

Thoughts on Lorraine Currier who went missing (LE believe involuntarily) from Essex, Vermont in June 2011 “left leg is shorter than the right leg due to ankle surgery” though no mention of any hardware. Her husband is also missing though... The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)
