The remains have not been identified, but officials said preliminary investigation suggests that foul play is not involved.

[h=1]DA's Office identifies human remains found in Beebe Woods[/h]FALMOUTH - The Cape and Islands District Attorney Thursday announced the identity of the human remains found in Beebe Woods in Falmouth Sunday evening. The remains belong to 58-year-old Gerald J. Farley of Falmouth.


In mid-July Falmouth police asked for the public's assistance in locating Farley who had last been seen in town on July 2.
