This is where it's unclear for me. Her sister never actually named WHO Jaimee was with, she just said "this guy".

I'm not at all disbelieving of her family, either. I don't question that he was the last person THEY saw Jaimee with. For my own clarity though, I don't know for a fact Jaimee named the same guy as who she was in fear of.

He confirmed he was with her. But, I never saw him confirm that he was the one that made her feel nervous. Where did he say that he was the one that made her nervous?

Sadly my only hope in finding Jaimee alive is if she has some sort of back story going on similar to Stephanie Vaczy. We still don't know where or what was happening with her for almost a two week period prior to ending up in a hospital in Haverhill and having no recollection of what had happened to her or how long she was in the hospital. That put together with the fact that she knew Jaimee and JF just make my head spin.

Perhaps this is what LE have been checking on and the reason their part of the search is on hold? Just a thought. MOO IMO

Not really Soul, IMO he is responding to what has been said directly to him by Jaimee's own family, and what has been said about him in the media.

I'm on the fence regarding Fleury, he could be lying his pants off and created a timeline to fit what he knows happened. But on the flip side, there is a chance Jaimee could have met up with someone else after he left.

Guess there is no video which could confirm his timeline? I would think RiteAid would have video surveillance, even in the back dumpster area.

Court records show Fleury was charged in 2002 with indecent assault and battery. The alleged victim told doctors she was "raped at knifepoint."

That case was dropped.

There was a 2007 conviction for failure to register as a sex offender.

Since 2002, at least eight restraining orders were taken out against him.

One woman sought help from the courts in 2006 saying she was "in fear of my life" because Fleury was 'threatening to throw acid in my face."

That same year another woman said he "attacked me from behind."

While Fleury is no stranger to police, authorities are saying nothing to tie him -- or anyone else -- to Mendez's disappearance, as the investigation continues.

Right. According to what you just posted. Fleury said he had NO idea who she was with when she said she was uncomfortable. The statement above was someone replying to someone who said it was Fleury who was that person. You then replied saying that fleury himself confirmed he was the person of interest which implies he said he said he was the one who made her uncomfortable/nervous. These two statements contradict.

Just to clarify, I only say that because it could be the same two woman getting four restraining orders over and over. STILL makes it horrible. No doubt. The reason I saw this is because my Uncle and Aunt have gotten them against each other for years. Still married and they still abuse each other even though they deny it. The cycle of abuse is horrible. He (my uncle) also had several against him from his first wife. Yes, he is a prize. Add in his arrest record. king of losers.

Did he say what she was benefiting from the deal. I think he told her to get her charger and meet him so they can hang out. But while she was getting the charger he realized his drugs were not all there. Now once they hooked back up; He started acting like the violent person that he is. JMO.

Wow! He is bad news bears. Clearly he doesn't walk around handing out his past arrest records but he screams bad news. IMO anyone who does drugs is bad news. Jmo. I wonder why she would be hanging out with him!

This is why I thought maybe they were together at some point in the night, both getting high on the same stuff, and both were in a state of being incapacitated. Unfortunately, Jaimee is diabetic, and can only last so long without her meds. It's very possible that if she is in fact dead, she didn't die until sometime Friday or Saturday. JMO

If she truly called a drug dealer from his phone, then cops should be able to easily trace it. However, getting any information out of the dealer willingly should certainly be a challenge. They may very well be tracking them down as we speak and just sitting tight until he/she makes a move. And if they know JF is lying, they could be keeping quiet for the same reason.

I want to preface this with; I have no idea what Jaimee's life circumstances are, or the challenges she faces.

But I can make a guess. She wouldn't be the first person who saw a way to make easy, fast, money and was lured into that lifestyle. I have compassion for people who get involved in drugs.
I don't see how anyone would consciously make a choice to live that life. I think it must grab you, and before you know it you're hooked like a fish. If only they could see the problems and the heartache years down the road, I wonder if it would make a difference? It's sad.

Well, we don't know who HE was...could have been JF or some other HE. Maybe the drug dealer if we believe him. As the sister said the friend said HE. She could of OD'd after the call or days later. It is all unknown.
