Found Safe MA - Joyce Wise, 81, Wilmington, 7 Nov 2017

Joyce Wise, 81, who lives in an assisted living facility went missing from the Windsor Place Assisted Living Facility on Route 129 near the Wilmington-Reading Town Line. Wise, 81, was last seen around 11 am walking towards Reading on Lowell Street/Route 129. Wise does not have Alzheimers or any conditions that they are aware of, and that it is unlike her to wander off. Wise, approximately 5'4, was last seen wearing a plaid jacket with red lined hood, dark pants, and carrying a handbag.
