I thought for sure she'd be spotted today as we returned to the flow of a work week and that somebody would recognize her face, her car (MA 8CJ415) or the dog. I wonder if she has a speed pass for tolls so they could track her that way. I'm not convinced she disappeared on her own and like others, I'm worried about someone forcing her to go to the ATM - we've seen that before.
Also - does she have an iPad or laptop with her - I wonder if she knows she is missed?

She does not have any electronics with her that we know of. I agree I certainly thought someone would spot her today if she was still in the area and not in danger.

So happy to read this! Wonderful news. I hope if Kayla is suffering that she's able to get the help and support she needs (and clearly has from family and friends).

I did want to address this, though:

From what I’ve read Kayla has very good work ethic and is responsible. Erratic behavior usually shows before age 35, and I think we’d have heard about any erratic behavior leading up to this, which we haven’t (or at least I haven’t)

This isn't always the case. Not sure if you ever followed the Timothy Cunningham thread. He was a distinguised CDC employee with an impeccable work record. It did seem very out of character for him to walk away from home, and without his dog especially. But he did. He was found deceased, and if I recall correctly his death was a suicide. I'm thankful we had better news in this case!
