STOUGHTON, Mass. — The Stoughton Police Department is actively searching for a missing man who suffers from dementia and glaucoma.

Kevin Powers, 60, walked away from his family's Britton Avenue home Monday, according to police.

Police said they have checked area businesses and wooded areas with K-9 units.

Powers was last seen wearing khaki shorts, a blue hooded sweatshirt, sunglasses and black sneakers.

Police are asking anyone who has seen Powers, or knows of his whereabouts, to call 911.
