This guy needs a facial composition! I think it would clear a lot of things up. A DNA analysis of his ethnic background would also be useful.
Also, just reached out to Davis Ly's nephew on FB and asked about him. Hopefully he won't think I'm too weird and I might get a reply.

The Merced Police Department is asking for the public's help locating 33-year-old Davis Ly.

Ly's family says he moved from Merced to Leominster, Massachusetts on the East Coast three years ago.

He has since moved out of his last known address in Leominster and his family has been unable to contact him and his whereabouts are unknown at this time.

His family is hoping he may have returned to California and are asking for help fining him.

He is 5’ 8” tall, 280 lbs., and has black hair and brown eyes.

The Merced Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating Davis Ly. In April 2018, Davis Ly moved from Merced, Ca to Leominster, Ma. Ly moved out of his last known address in Leominster and his family has been unable to contact him. Ly’s whereabouts are unknown at this time. Ly is 33 years old, he is 5’ 8”, 280 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
