Lally has done a pretty good job of establishing reasonable doubt that JM searched google before 6 am. Now if that was a prosecutor’s job he’d be doing fantastic. JMO

Haha! And I agree....he's done a good job. I'm convinced (without hearing a defense expert) she didn't make the search at 2:27 a.m.

Whiffin tells the jury first and second search (how long to die in cold) began at 6:23am.He says "we recognize this timestamp (2:27a) could be misleading". ADA Lally is now having him to a demonstration for jury.
