It would be so unjust to KR given the paucity of expert analysis presented by cw to date, and the pathetic, inexperienced, non erudite nature of cw's experts' conjectures re those wounds? There isn't one because it's a fallacy. Unless asking to have a discussion about something and being turned down repeatedly by your partner is domestic violence. JMO

Exactly. Throwing DV accusations into the mix based on their texts is pretty far-fetched and hasn't been brought up in this case at all, from what I remember. If it's an opinion, we're supposed to state it as such, yes?

I agree. She let 3 troopers testify as medical experts

Lally says there are photos that show what a Chloe bite looks like. Says Russell never reviewed that. Nor the canine DNA report.

So why didn't he leave her if things were so bad? Needed that babysitter though. JMO

We don't know if he had tried do we. Even if he was indeed using her for a babysitter doesn't make him a bad guy. We haven't heard/seen any text messages or voice messages John left Karen. From what has been presented in court Karen was the aggressor trying to engage by pushing his buttons and not giving him space.

Jackson says they sent Russell Chloe's bite history and canine DNA results, not sure why didn't review them.

Judge says Russell struggled with what she knew, didn't write a report. Judge says she's not deciding this right now. Says if Russell testifies, prosecution will be allowed to present a rebuttal witness.

Judge Cannone asks questions of Russell before excusing her. She says she won't have a decision on whether Russell can testify until Thursday. She expressed doubt Russell render an opinion on O'Keefe's injuries not caused by a car strike.
