Trooper Guarino used GPS data from O'Keefe's phone and found at 12:20 am the victim punched 34 fairview into waze. By 12:25 am on Jan 29 he says the phone was at the property on Fairview.

I can't watch the trial at the moment, so can someone who is more up to date please tell me about the texts/VM between KR and JO'K. Do they show any evidence of:
1) Threatening behavior by either of them?
2) violence (past, present or future) by either of them?
3) coercive or controlling behavior by either of them?
4) signs of either feeling intimidated by the other?

Or is it just bog standard arguments that you see in any relationship, particularly ones that involve a duty of care towards children?

Guarino says the data shows Guarino could have been in the house for a brief time. But he would have had to travel 48 feet a second to get to the house from the spot where his body was found.

Lally wants Trooper to testify O'Keefe was never inside the home. Judge would not allow the conclusion that O'Keefe was never there - she sustained a defense objection.

Guarino says the range of accuracy on these GPS coordinates is dependent on satellite strength.

Does that mean she was at or near JO's place at 12.36am? More digital evidence conflicting with JMc's pre-prepped testimony and more stains on her credibility? Wonder how Lally deals with the cognitive dissonance which must be evoked by his own dodgy witnesses. So bloomin messy.

Didn't Lally say during his opening statement that John was hit at 12:45?

These are JO's GPS points on Fairview Rd according to plotting conducted by Trooper Guarino.

O'Keefe's Apple Health data logged him as ascending/descending stairs. Trooper testifies that based on his phone GPS, he was in the car and over a 1/2 mile from 34 Fairview when this log happened. #WBZ

Another graphic the jury is seeing. As the satellite gets stronger, the blue bubble of where the victim's phone could be gets smaller.

Lally asking how far OKeefe’s cell phone was from 34 Fairview.Guarino explains fluctuations, the GPS points, that OKeefe couldn’t travel as fast as some of the momentary location reports indicate.

Lally publishes an exhibit, a map of the locations OKeefe’s cell was at.

Jurors are seeing several slides from LexisNexis TRAX, showing the strength GPS signal, and the area, indicated by a blue circle, where OKeefe’s cell phone was.

This witness is going to get DESTROYED on cross.

Again, jurors will be considering the conflicting data collected from devices - one source says John was in the car a 1/2 mile from Fairview while the other sources says he was climbing stairs.Guarino explains it as fluctuations in GPS signals.

Guarino shows geo-location maps from O'Keefe's cell phone. These two show how he says the precision of the cell phone's location varied depending on signal strength.

Guarino says this series of purple dots shows the route O'Keefe's phone took as it approached 34 Fairview. He says it made a detour passed the intersection before turning around and getting back on course.

Here is a wider view of the route Guarino says O'Keefe's phone took after the Waze app was used to search 34 Fairview Road.

Yes but anytime they come close to a narrative they immediately change it somehow. JMO

Not sure but witness testimony is all over the frickin place. I believe JMc had the lexus still outside the house at around 12.45am. Not sure what time it was that Ryan Nagle was supposed to have driven up but basically this latest testimony means KR needs to have hit him between 12.25 and 12.30am imo, and no-one coming and going from the house and looking out the windows saw or heard a damn thing. The way Trooper Paul reconstructed this supposed 30 metre flip, shoe flying off and smashed tail light means someone would surely have seen or heard something. As far as I'm concerned Lally the idiot just put another nail in the coffin of his case because he couldn't restrain himself from the urge to play those voice mails out loud to the jury. And he struts around as if it proves something. jmo

Trooper Guarino just walked the jury through a series of maps with both Waze and phone location data to show John O'Keefe's path of travel. At 12:25 AM, it places him outside 34 Fairview Road.

Morning recess for the next 30 minutes.

@TedDanielnews

Trooper Guarino says the Apple health ascending/descending is at a point the GPS shows a "pretty significant" elevation change in the road.

Judge call morning break. 1/2 hour 45 mins for Jury.

Trooper Guarino explains WAZE data. He testifies O'Keefe's was not wearing an apple watch...says health data on his phone was "tricked" into thinking he was climbing or descending stairs. He says at the point this registered O'Keefe was in the Lexus heading to fairview.

We are in a 20 min break.

Guarino says at 12:22am the data shows O'Keefe's phone going up/down stairs, but he says a change in elevation on the street "could be tricking the phone into thinking it was stairs."

It's amazing how the electronic data works exactly when and where it needs to to prove what the cw needs to prove but anything that doesn't fit into their narrative, the data miraculously is wrong and not accurate!! It's a miracle!!
