Supposedly, the CW has four (4) additional witnesses to call (after IW) and will rest on Fri. moo

@SueNBCBoston

Whiffin explains the columns on the report.

Establishing the data is from a data extraction from Jen McCabe’s phone.

sigh...
Again, the CW chooses to defend Jen McCabe instead of proving KR is a murderer.

Absolute joke.

@BienickWCVB

Whiffin created this table about the activity on Jen McCabe's cell phone.

Reminder: Prosecution says Read asked McCabe to search about hypothermia AFTER O'Keefe was found. Defense says McCabe did the search on her own in the middle of the night.

Whiffin says the data show the phone accessed http://hockomocksports.com at 2:27am. Says no indication of any records deletion.

Just how many 'miles' does Paul think it takes to drive the SUV onto the tow truck and then off and into the sallyport? Likely nothing that would show on the odometer but it surely would register two more key cycles.
From my understanding, since key cycle data is only logged when there is a triggering event, the mileage only matters when you have something to compare it to.

Imagine there is 36 miles between cycles 1158,1159 and 1160. Trooper Paul would have to decide between 1158 and 1162 as which one is the "actual" event. The mileage data might be more accurate in terms of recording the miles driven but it's meaningless on it's own since there is not time or date logged. And sure it might be accurate but that's an uphill battle to argue 4+ key cycles missing is within an expectable margin of error for data presented in a murder case

Here's a record that shows the Google search related to "hos (sic) long to die in cold." It has a timestamp of 2:27:40am and is listed as a deleted record.
