"I saw nothing," Loughran says when asked what he saw on the front lawn of 34 Fairview Road.

Yannetti is showing this simulated image of 34 Fairview Road. This is not a photograph.

For the benefit of those confused about JOK's shattered skull, this is a screenshot of the ME's drawing from today's testimony, the green lines represent the breaks in JOK's skull.

Adding a tidbit about Bob Saget - death from a fall isn't unusual and Saget's were similar to John's.

In an autopsy conducted the day after Saget’s death, chief medical examiner Joshua Stephany found “a fracture at the base of Mr. Saget’s skull, the evidence of bleeding around the brain, and demonstrated the transfer of force that broke the orbital bones at the front of the skull.”

The autopsy concluded the skull fractures were from “an unwitnessed fall backwards” and impact with “the posterior aspect of his head.”

If a juror believes his testimony, you have to also believe almost everything else that has been presented is a lie. You have to believe the cover up. I think it also puts a burden (in the jury's mind) for the defense to back up this testimony with further evidence.

Also - he's a plow driver. Anyone in New England knows that plow drivers hit stuff all the time... mailboxes... trash cans... sometimes cars... tear up curbs... they are not Ranger scouts with perfect vision and awareness of their surroundings.

He also seems like a guy that might not hold up under cross, but we'll see how Lally does.

He saw a (specific) Ford Edge... that he thought was weird... because the Albert's don't park cars in front of their house? How would he know? Does he stalk their house? How many times in a year does he plow that road? He happened to not call in the car according to policy?

Loughran says the second pass was at about 3:15am to 3:30am. He says when he came back he saw a Ford Edge parked near the flagpole at the Alberts' residence. "It just stuck out as weird," he says.

The comment about the car being out front of the Alberts being unusual, is very interesting. jmo.

So he literally had to go around the SUV! Wow! Wish he'd reported it, but like he said, he was trying to be nice.

My thought she was scheming her timeline.
I've wondered if he was left there with the thought that a plow driver or passerby would find him before he died, and she got curious how long he'd survive if no one found him.

Loughran says it's policy to report vehicles parked on the street during a snowstorm but says he didn't call it in "as a courtesy to the Albert family."

Loughran says when he returned to the neighborhood at about 530am to replow, he noticed first responders and the road was blocked.
