Do we have a clear chain of custody documented for the shirt? Do we have a clear documented description of where and when swabs were taken from the shirt?
Are you asking me or telling me there isn't? I didn't hear that disputed. If that's all the defense has... the proverbial - the police did everything wrong - then stick with that. But... they seemed perfectly fine introducing pig DNA being found on the shirt, no?

Lally should've dissected that lady with smart questions... not over-talking her.

I would travel for that. WS road trip, anyone? We'll bypass Canton (cough, cough).
I'm up for it if I can find a dog sitter..
We will stop in Canton tho' and we will drink there for hours and hours and have adventures..

P

Well everyone likes older ladies. I think Lally

Lally is annoyed I think bc of the last minute injection of this witness. He also is a bit sus
As to how she got involved . Said so at the hearing. No he shouldnt over talk the witness, but defense did that many times and was corrected by the judge.
He was told how she was involved at the Voir Dire.
Anyway his antics were noted by the jury.

Exactly. They didn't even turn over the swatches of fabric they swabbed from!! They only sent in the 2 swabs ( the Q-Tip sticks) they allegedly swabbed from the shirt. We have no idea where on the shirt they swabbed. Were they even swabbed from the arm that corresponds with the arm injuries? Were they swabbed from the inside or outside of the shirt? Top or bottom? Left arm? Right arm? WE DON'T KNOW because it was never specified where the swabs came from. All we know is they say the 2 swabs were just " from the shirt"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is so pathetically sloppy and half-assed as to be criminally negligent in my opinion!! I'll say it again and scream it from the roof tops...there are reasons there are so many stringent rules and protocols in place to prevent these kind of questions from even being asked in open court. They are there to protect evidence so that it's not ruin and tainted! Seemingly most of those rules and procedures were blatantly ignored because proctor and company were so focused on pinning JO's death on KR!!

Alberts claim she wasn't a police dog. Just a pet who wasn't too good with strangers. I don't know what the truth is, but either way she sounds like an aggressive one.
Their dog is that special kind, used in Europe as well, I think originally, for their aggressive, trainable , smart ways for a reason. Then that kind of dog came here. I have seen the correct name here. It is the complete opposite of say a Lab or family regular good old dog. Of course he had that breed, for a reason, it is a status symbol to him and a killer, you do not ever want to be around it, trained or not. Oh it was trained by Albert and look how it got out and bit innocent people walking in that nice calm neighborhood.

who is she before I break my laptop?

The junior defence attorney you're referring to is Elizabeth Little. It's interesting that you take such objection to her.

Is it because she's asking questions that lead Dr Scordi-Bello to admit that JOK's injuries are not at all consistent with being struck by KR's SUV?

IT is def used mainly as a 'police dog' in PD's.

No.
It was her tone.
I fell asleep yesterday while the first ME was testifying because her eyelashes were causing me so much irritation I decided to curl up and listen with my eyes closed...
I didn'y wake up for a lot of hours;;

Dog slobber (DNA) should've been all over the right arm of his shirt, if these were bites. Think about it.
Well not if it was washed.

Malanois? A very intense breed especially used for police and military - is this the dog he had as a family dog? Any pics of said dog anywhere?

Yes it is. That is the name I have seen that he owned early on.

Wait , they washed the shirt? Is that something that happened?
We don't know, we suspect it was on a lot of adventures and exposed to various mixed conditions so they may as well have chucked it in a machine
