A REASONABLE person would think he was sleeping over, where she had left him.

Not “did I hit him”
He’s dead
A plow hit him

A REASONABLE person doesn't disappear for the night while they have two kids at home. People with kids do not find that unreasonable. JMO

She had her own house, seriously no one calls at those hours unless there’s an issue.

There was an issue. She couldn't find John. That's the point of this trial.

While we're waiting for court to begin today, can anyone give me a source detailing the apparent estimation of blood loss that JOK suffered? I've seen it mentioned here but I don't recall hearing anything to that nature in the ME testimonies.
Thank you in advance.

You do realise no one analysed the arm wounds for dog dna or took swabs for that purpose? Or compared the wounds with, Idk. molds or something(?) of Chloe's teeth and claws right? Because of Proctor's tunnel vision right? Moo

Jackson will certainly be asking the ME/autopsy person why she never took swabs of the bite and scratch like wounds for sending off to the dna animal specialist. Or if it turns out she did take swabs, then the jury can wonder why LE did not have them analysed by the animal dna specialist. Jackson will also no doubt shed some light on why the ME did not ask or was not requested by LE to compare Chloe's bite and or teeth and Chloe's claws with the wounds. moo

As for hair on the shirt. I don't recall lab techs even looking for any because tunnel vision, notwithstanding the numerous contamination instances JO's clothing was subjected to (ambulance and hospital floor for eg, exposure on lawn, exposure to others during resuscitation efforts, moving JO from lawn to ambulance etc etc). Also I do not recall testimony by lab or anyone else about general propensity for shedding of a german shepherd in winter (when they need their coat yes?) and how much hair transfer might be expected during an episdoe of scratching and possible biting. Do you? No, because there wasn't any cos tunnel vision of Proctor. Moo
BBM. It's going to be Lizzie Little doing the cross of the ME.

No doubt they all had a team huddle after court finished yesterday about how she goes about it today though!

I believe you meant sawcah.
Football! As in a sport where the ball is played primarily with the player's foot! ;)

Do you know her relationships with her parents and when/how often she calls them? How do you know she doesn't call her parents at those times normally?
Good point, none of us are in a position to know details re her relationships with her folks. Personally, I've got no issue at all with imagining she called them up because she was upset about JO not coming home. Makes sense and certainly makes more sense IMO than calling them up seeking instructions from dad on how to fabricate a cracked tail light lol.Moo

Oh ok thanks, looking forward to it and on reflection sounds like a good choice. ME seems forthcoming and Lizzie will find out everything the jury needs to know no doubt. Moo

Without giving away identifying info., many years ago I had a "shock event" with one of my small children. My original thought about what happened was WAY off from what actually did happen. Your brain is trying to process what your eyes are seeing, and doesn't always get it right when something shocking happens!

Especially considering there’s zero evidence he ever stepped foot in the house and all evidence heard thus far supports he NEVER ENTERED THE HOUSE.
No reasonable person would or could draw such a conclusion that he was ambushed in the house, beaten - mauled by a dog and deposited on the front lawn in less that 3 minutes.

The "deposited on the front lawn" didn't happen within that 3 minutes.

Well what would you call your parents for at that time in the morning? Obviously the article don’t tell us but…..

Do we have any idea bout her normal calling patterns with regard to her parents?

Actually I thought maybe she deleted the ring videos, so John wouldn’t think she was there. I don’t think she believed she hurt him, or was even sure she hit him. Police would have no reason to delete them because they would only show her coming in, they couldn’t see her tail lights unless she backed into the garage.
The conspiracy ……just, I can’t. Sadly so many lives were hurt, really sad.
We have a Ring. It notoriously never captured the mailman, Amazon etc. we replaced the bell with Simplysafe and catch everything. So, the dopey thing may not have caught her on tape coming home.

We don't, not in evidence and KR hasn't testified so any assumptions are just that: assumptions and/or presumptions. Moo

You cannot be serious MyJoey... How is it a conspiracy story if the feds are investigating and are the ones who found the exculpatory evidence in the commonwealth's case against Karen?

Yes, Proctor's text messages did indeed show tunnel vision on KR. His texts about KR were read aloud and we know now that he had known within 12 hours of the murder that he was going to nail KR for this.

What is the evidence that makes you think she's responsible? I feel we are watching two separate trials. All I have seen is evidence of collusion, coercion, and corruption amongst the Albert and McCabes.
investigating is not charges. I’ve already mentioned why I believe she’s responsible.

Who do we think the defense's first witness will be?
Accident reconstruction witnesses? Followed by Dr Russell maybe
