Trooper Nicholas Guarino testified about the data he extracted from JO's phone, which showed that JO's phone remained at the location where his body was found on the front lawn of 34 Fairview Road in Canton from 12:25 a.m.

She was testifying as an expert witness! Seems very careless not to thoroughly examine both the phone and other evidence to form conclusions based on factual evidence. IMO BBM

She was NOT allowed to testify about phone evidence. Only dog bites.

Great point! Those that think KR is guilty totally ignore and/or day his text messages mean nothing, but then say her voice mails mean everything is a crazy mindset to me! His text messages show clear bias before the “investigation” even really began. Her voice mails show she thought he was alive and hooking up with another woman.

#KarenRead G'morning. Day 29 of testimony. The prosecution rested on Fri. The defense called 3 witnesses. Today we might hear from 2 independent experts hired by the FBI as part of a fed investigation. They determined O'Keefe's injuries were likely not caused by vehicle strike.

I noticed this article is five months old (from end Jan this year). I understand Turtle Boy is facing some sort of hearing or charges re harassment of public since that time (?) but haven't seen any updates to suggest investigators have pursued anything against KR. Do you happen to know if there's anything more recent? Thank you!
