Talks about Chloe the dog who lived at 34 Fairview. She was later re-homed. Defense experts testified injuries on O’Keefe’s arm could have come from a dog.

isnt closing arguments a run down all the EVIDENCE! they should absolutely have their notebooks out cross-checking original information/notes/thoughts/feelings!!!

this is bull <modsnip> advice and direction given from a judge. the jury should do as they see fit. Considering they are the ones preparing to give a verdict.

<modsnip - name variations are not allowed>
I have never heard of closing arguments being evidence in a trial. I have heard judges tell juries that often. No conspiracy here.

Why didn't JOKs phone register any movement later in the morning if he was moved?
Edit: Maybe he dropped it in the snow and that's where they decided to drop him?

Jackson now speaking about the how long to die in the cold search on Jennifer McCabee’s phone. Points out defense expert testified they believe it happened at 2:27 am. Commonwealth’s experts disagree.

i disagree...going thru notes during closing would mean they are not taking in the words 100%. I agree and think most jurors feel the same.

Pure fantasy- why would you worry about or go look for an adult police officer you dropped of at another police officer's home.

That sounds like conjecture

Karen Read listens as Jackson describes her waking up in a panic to discover O'Keefe was missing.

"That makes no sense," Jackson says about why Read tried to call O'Keefe 53 times during the time when the prosecution says she'd already killed him.

A little late to the party, listening to closing, re the comment about KR calling JO 53 times, was it ever mentioned if KR attempted to contact anyone at the Albert house when trying to locate him?

The Albert's and McCabe's aren't even turing around to look at the photos. It's so messed up they get to sit there in direct view of the jury. Dressed in black to intimidate.

@SueNBCBoston

Jackson directs the jurors to the screen, showing the taillight of Karen Read’s at 5:07a as he references the Dighton police officer’s testimony that it was cracked, and then a picture of the taillight later.

No change on the jurors.All paying attention, pretty stoic, except one who doesn’t look at Jackson, instead head down, rubs head.

That juror appeared to take a lot of notes during the trial. Now he is looking at the ceiling.

I like Jackson's line: Trouper Proctor and Boston cops erected a tall blue wall, a wall that you can't scale, a wall Karen Read certainly couldn't get over.... imo

Because they were all hammered, had known animosity, and had weapons?

IMO MOO
