Jackson now speaking about the how long to die in the cold search on Jennifer McCabee’s phone. Points out defense expert testified they believe it happened at 2:27 am. Commonwealth’s experts disagree.

I'm conflicted about the Google search and whether or not it means anything. It feels unimportant to me at this point.

Still, when I reviewed the part of the trial when Jen is being crossed, the fact that she seems so determined to claim that she has zero memory of the google search, then suddenly pivots to "Karen told me to make the search" when she's finally forced to admit it happened.....it makes it feel significant.

AJ: "you have to believe when the Albert’s found that out they thought they hit the lottery”"the guy who catches the case is Michael Proctor"

AJ: "who’s she by the way (points to KR) ? a nobody, an outsider”

The juror who I have had the most sympathy for - a woman about mid-20s who was bubbly before she was selected to serve, has been downcast & appeared sad to me during the trial, has empty seats on either side of her. I observed each of the dismissed jurors giving her support.

AJ: "This brings us to the magic hair...you would have to believe that little hair… survived 75 miles of a raging blizzard outside… that hair was placed there”

The juror I’m referring to now could be tired, or just doesn’t engage in eye contact, or a host of other reasons for his body language during Jackson’s closing argument.

she had ghosted higgins weeks ago, can you say no contact with him
Don’t get me wrong, I’m leaning heavily toward NG, but given the panic she was in, I think she should’ve set the history aside and texted Higgins to ask if he’d seen JO. Just a thought that popped in my head listening to closing.

Jackson describes a "blue wall" that he says Trooper Proctor constructed to protect other people in the case.

The juror who'd been looking down is now looking at Jackson as he describes the video of the SUV at the Canton PD garage.

Pure fantasy- why would you worry about or go look for an adult police officer you dropped of at another police officer's home.
Why would somebody be hysterical about it? Why would that person make all those calls at 0400 ish in the morning including calls to elderly parents?

the time limit is making me anxious. Judge is too controlling. ring the bell with five mins to go as if this is high scholl debating. there should be at least 10 mins leeway. jmo

As Jackson talks about eh initial CPD search, the one juror who was not looking at Jackson is now looking at him.

Jackson makes a reference to evidence bags, at least they weren’t “Stop & Shop bags”,One juror nods.

Because they're trying to find somebody and looking for support?

There are lots of other things a 40 year old might do if their cop boyfriend wasn't answering her calls other than instantly panic. It difficult to break a tail light by bumping a car, it took a pneumatic cannon to do it, remember. Hard to find tail light pieces under feet of snow, even harder, with only an hour, to plant pieces under feet of snow without being seen by anyone.

To be fair though this guy is awesome, I would hire him in a millisecond.
