Here's hoping the CW gets the ability to see all of the messages/VMs between KR and TB.

If KR encouraged TB to harass trial witnesses (none of whom have been charged with anything in the JOK case) and the CW can present the messages at trial, that would demonstrate consciousness of guilt.

It's not just TB writing about it here. He recorded their conduct on video which is very explicit in showing their violent nature. The female and another guy were charged with assault in this incident.

The incident we are talking about has nothing to do with the witness intimidation charge which is being litigated in court and he has not yet been found guilty. KR wasn't charged and wasn't found to be a part of it; she wasn't arrested for that.

You are attacking him for living a normal daily life at that moment when he was attacked. They waited outside the restaurant to attack. This was aggressive behavior that he was in no way in the wrong for.

He has a right to go anywhere he wants but he is on video harassing folks HE thinks conspired to kill JOK and was charged for it.
