Albert, homeowner also replaced the bulkhead doors, said they squeeked. I don't recall if the stairs to and from the bulkhead were replaced, but seems he would of done that too. This is along with digging up a portion of the basement, carpet in the area. Dog gone. His and Higgin's cells disappear the day before they were to turn them in. Got a head up.
Yeah , Its all soup now . As a homeowner it sucks to have to do all that out of pocket. I have squeaky stuff everywhere . I don't ever consider it when I got no money or motivation to do so . As a dog owner.. I am going with my dog ,if either of us have to go. It take a very huge incentive to change my behavior. A ton of immediate action seems to have taken place.

Funny you should mention the bulkhead… it could be what JOK hit his head on.
What are bulkhead doors? When i think of Bulkheading, i think of the wood applied along a bank (where land meets water) 🤷🏻‍♀️

We have not arrived to that testimony yet in this trial.
Sorry , I forget ,we are supposed to forget there was the other trial.

What reason does he give for “rehoming” Chloe, and how long was Chloe living with him before he “rehomed” her

Chloe has been the most elusive entity in the case . IMO. I have no answers there.
I am excited about the mold of her teeth. IF they are really that dog. She should have been collected like evidence.

she says she sees him poke his head in at the threshold in the dateline show and then when she looks back up he was gone (no longer standing in the door)

She says she waited for him to come back out and signal to her to go in (that the “get together” was still going on and that they should hang out there)

Yeh

i think court tv says the prosecution is presenting a mold of her teeth as evidence. I found that interesting.

Maybe KR is saving the carpet to collect the dog DNA ,if she need too. IDK..

Was wondering that myself. Where are all the taped interrogations??

I am watching Maureen Hartnett again who took samples of sweat shirt.

She only tested two q-tips for dog dna.....numerous holes in sweat shirt but only tested TWO samples.....looks like all the damage to shirt were holes.

Shirt looks like a major battle with a dog!!
Where can we see pics of the sweatshirt?

Never mind. I googled and found

If you brought in a team from Apple/Google/Lexus/etc...it wouldn't be "shaky" at all. The game that's being played here is raising "reasonable doubt" for the sake of the jury. Meanwhile, most of us coming from the tech world know that this case should be a slam dunk, and the only question should be: was this an accident or done deliberately? Remember - "If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit." Meanwhile, there was DNA all over OJ's house...just like there is data here. We're not 100% sure COVID came from the Wuhan Lab...only 99.9% - another example of the old reasonable doubt game.
The defense has a witness that works for Google. So, we will find out.

In youtube of Maureen Hartnett it shows everything. NO blood on car. Blood on one tennis shoe. Worth watching.

She didn’t care much for other dogs and got in a fight with a dog and bit two women trying to separate them
She continued to live with them for months after JOHN’s death
Imo

I hate to ask you to link it, But I am pretty sure the dog was removed pretty quickly, like faster than you believe. Like with in a week but if not by then not more than a month. I have heard as fast as 2 dayS later on WS. imo ,

You do not have to have a link to your opinion, But yah weird place for a unruly police dog to find herself in.

BA got rid of her that night.
Did they have a tracker assigned to her?
that be a tiny bit helpful , I think.
I am not LE but my dogs have them. Why wouldn't their dog have one. Since she was a troubled soul. Did anyone check to se if they had a tracking service on a dog they knew was an issue?

There are no taped interviews of KR or anyone for that matter. Not a single one in this investigation.

Like before john was there or before his body was found or that morning ..so many "that night " questions.

Panic? Confusion? She doesn’t deny still being drunk.

Here’s an anecdote that I feel applies: a couple months ago, my partner wasn’t responding to my texts while he was WFH and I was in office, which was strange for him. I checked his location and he was home but did not show on any security cameras, which meant he was in the bedroom. After a few hours and many unsuccessful calls, I called his brother, who lives close by to check on him. The brother and his wife swung by, knocked LOUDLY, and did not get a response.

Now I am panicking. I taxi home and I am blabbering to the driver about how my partner hasn’t answered me today. He’s hitting the gas and looking at me like I’m crazy.

All the while, I’m thinking: is he ok? Is he just sleeping? Did he have a brain aneurysm? Did he have an allergic reaction? Did someone break into the house to attempt a robbery and found him there? Did he leave his phone behind and go somewhere?

When I got home, thankfully, he was ok. Just jet lagged from a flight and passed out. But my mind went through EVERY possible scenario in that moment. And I think that’s what was happening with Karen.

MOO
Yes, this. First off, glad your partner was okay! I think Karen expected John to come home and she would give him a piece of her mind. She probably had practiced what she would say. Then dozed off, but instead of waking up to drunk John, she woke up to nothing. This wasn’t a possibility, because she knew he HAD to come home. No fight with her would have kept him away. He would not ever leave his niece there alone. He took parenting more serious than anything. Reality sat in and then the panic.

Bulkhead doors are built alongside a house and feature stairs ( usually 5-7) that descend into the basement of a house. Here in the northeast the majority of homes have full basements. The doors for a typical bulkhead are very heavy steel that open from the middle and lean out.

<modsnip - unnecessary>

No Higgins did not destroy his phone they day before he was to turn it in. Higgins was never ordered to turn his phone in.
