Quick question. Do you all like Law and Crime better for the live stream or Court TV? I"ll change the live stream at the top of the thread if you think Law and Crime is better. I post Court TV because that's the go to channel.
Thanks.
Tricia
As per myself I like Court TV better for watching trials. L&C Is good to ,IMO for the forum link, Court TV loads faster and tends not to mess up the other things I have going on.
Hope that helps.

JM: "It's 227 pages" (to find the I hit him statement to the GJ)
AJ: "Take your time"
Leilei: ZING!!

IMO.

I do think it is normal for your memories to morph over time, however, I can't understand anybody who says or thinks their memory gets better over time, it is just kookoo!

JM's unsolicited reference to the female first responder hearing the "I hit him" trilogy while looking directly at the jury is going to open another can of worms. That person was Catie McLaughlin who is friends with Caitlin Albert but tried to deny that friendship until the defense proved they were friends. JMOO

For streaming I use Law & Crime mainly

On to questions about Mike Lenk - a Canton PD officer who responded to John’s death, Jen called back to the scene of John’s death.

On to the morning, and maybe we will be hearing the 911 call JM made about the man she loved and was such a good friend.
There's "a guy" on the lawn?

ETA in the meantime KR can be heard crying and wailing in the back ground in what moo no-one listening can deny is genuine emotion, whilst alternating CPR with Kerry.

This takes her credibility score down to zero for me as per trial 1.

ETA It was raised and demonstrated at trial 1. Moo the jury surely wrote her off.
Did he do it this way by making her read all her testimonies? I found this to be so powerful.

Was that the one that actually just had a friend in common?

Julie Albert, Chris’ wife, had Mike Lenks number. Chris Albert and Brian Higgins also returned to the scene. BH suggested to JM that she reach out to officer Lenk. She then called officer Lenk back to the scene.

AJ is further driving home how this group corroborated info in the wake of John’s death.

Good point from AJ - why would ML drive in a blizzard rather than hear what JM had to say by phone?

I wouldn’t say ‘just’. Katie tried to deny being friends with Caitlyn, but there’s many photos of them together, hanging out in both big and small groups. They were friends on Venmo as well as other social media sites.

I can't remember. I just remember JMc insisting on having every Digital document in front of her and reading them herself. This was one of the reasons her cross took forever!

Not sure re GJ transcript. I don,'t recall her reading testimony from it, no.. I think it's new. AJ is much better placed this time round. She caused endless frustration last time. Moo she was extremely obnoxious.

That's why I found myself mentally snorting..

Interesting point by the Court TV talking heads just now.
When either party objects, Her Honor has a habit of saying "say it a different way", but doesn't always say "Sustained" or "Overruled".
They're saying that this could be an appeal issue, if it comes to that, since she isn't exactly making a ruling.
IMO.
Edit: Adding proper terminology

This witness (JenMc) seems to not be able to just answer a question, but has to put her spin on every answer. I have never seen a judge allow a witness to continue on like this.

Yeah, when she earlier interrupted AJ and said ‘No, you asked me..’ and then answered the question the way she wanted to answer it, I was surprised Judge Cannone allowed it.
