This witness (JenMc) seems to not be able to just answer a question, but has to put her spin on every answer. I have never seen a judge allow a witness to continue on like this.

I have been a witness in 2 court cases. You are correct; in both, the judge would tell me to just answer yes or no (or answer the question without additional information)

The defense has made it clear that the evidence doesn't conclusively point to KR. And that the police investigation may have been flawed or biased. They've also suggested that others involved in the night in question may have been involved in the death of John and that the police may have been attempting to conceal the truth. The defense has cited alleged inconsistencies in the investigation and the relationships between some individuals in that house and law enforcement officers.

It was testified earlier that the daughter took the dog with her when she left and that the dog was not there when JMC went to wake up the Alberts. I believe it was BA that testified this ... will try to find the post.

Was AJ effective enough so far in his cross ( I believe he may not be completely finished? ) to create reasonable doubt to the jury regarding JMC's testimony? Was she a credible witness? Or did AJ demolish that with her proven lies ( FBI and Grand Jury ) and manipulative behavior.
( Timeline 'story' , interviewed in a group setting, and the 5 phone calls to f&f before meeting with FBI ?

Also, AJ has not even begun to question her on the 2:27 am phone call, or the butt dials, or the erased/ deleted items found on her phone. Friday is coming, Jen

For heaven's sake, she was not running around telling people she did it. She was justifiably shocked and having a meltdown, seeing her long-term boyfriend dead on the front lawn. I would have needed a 5150 or similar had I been in that situation. Some folks think she should have been calm, cool and collected, but let's see how those folks do when they're trying to lay on their partner to warm them back up with their blood all over their clothing, probably realizing deep down that he's gone, but refusing to admit it.

Ewww weee!! She was not a credible witness. She is a liar and got confronted on that stand for lying.

How about when she stopped in mid sentence about telling her "story"... oops totally reroutes that comment and goes another direction. If I were on that jury the first thing I do is zero in on the fact that she used the word "story." It was like that time when Amber Heard said "my bruise kit." She realized what she said, then hurried up and gave an explanation about why she had to have it to cover bruises. Boom bam!!
