How could there have been taillight glass on that exact spot the next day when they used a LEAF BLOWER on the crime scene the night
I've asked before please post a clip where Karen Read says verbatimaly, "I hit him!" Please show me and correct me that I'm wrong.Contrary to evidence from multiple witnesses and from Karen's admissions that she said it in interviews?
Karen didn't remember and thought she left him at the bar. It was Jen who told her no, telling her she saw Karen in front of the house. Did she say to Karen " You must have hit him"?Contrary to evidence from multiple witnesses and from Karen's admissions that she said it in interviews?
And they never took any of the witnesses down to the police station and record their testimony. Once again I say Police Academy training 101!This doesn't suit either sides case per se, but I could make a case that the cops thought it was an accident and went out of their way to protect the dead cop's former girlfriend.
They didn't process the scene properly. They didn't ask the people in the houses nearby.
Several witnesses now testifying to mentioning "I hit him" x 3 but no cop took that down, no cop responded to supposedly being told this by seriously treating the scene as a crime scene or treating Karen as a suspect as early as the supposedly early and supposedly obvious confession. Almost like they were protecting Karen.
Jen Mccabe says she didn't go to her b-in-law, because Karen has said I hit him and had a broken tail light but despite constantly talking to cops, fails to get them to respond to her clear suspicion of Karen to the cops.
According to the "5 Stones" intelligence audit it doesn't appear that Canton LE does not collect their own evidence from crime scenes.I have siblings and cousins who are police officers in the same area. Do you realize who collects evidences of crimes for Canton and other towns? The state police. But that morning the state police told Canton they would not be responding. The blood drops would not have been collectible later. It was now or never, so he used ingenuity to preserve evidence in a way that did not compromise its integrity.
Gallagher testified that evidence is logged, controlled, and tracked. It's done with a computer track. He described exactly what Jackson referred to as an "evidence log". Gallagher didn't have access to view it because it is secured. The state police took over the case that same day, which means Gallagher had no involvement beyond that.
Police officers follow the department's protocols. Every officer does not do the same thing. It's an organized approach. Gallagher did not take notes or write reports because it was not his function. The officers who were charged with writing reports did so.
Hey ,it could have been the repro man. Those guy always know your name. (insert sad face here)I never had a salesman at the door who knew my name.
I remember reading somewhere that it was later in the day when JM called and/or went to one of her police buddies and said she "remembered" that KR said "I did it"?Like the witness who claimed she said it 3 no now it's changed to 4 times right next to a cop when the video shows the cop having zero reaction?
