Two men could easily do it. Push the door opens and go up a few stairs.
Two big guys could easily transport a body through that. It's just a staircase with a door that opens upwards instead of outwards.
In NYC, these kinds of door are common in front of bodegas and other small stores. They use them to stock heavy goods like cases of beer and soda.

This cover up with the phones is becoming more and more obvious and now another way to remove a body from the basement(if there was one to remove) has come to light. JMO
I get why this trial will be 6/8 weeks. Probably will be more like 10, at this pace. moo

She should have moved it along while the state was having witnesses redundantly give a weather report.
They're trying to make it longer than the YSL RICO trial.
