Overnight, JudgeB had motions to review, and I believe there were WRITTEN arguments to be considered. It's possible it included citing case law. Is it possible that JudgeB has been forced, by the law itself and by precedent, to make a significant ruling that the cw will not like? Just a guess.

Ugh! Just as they are finally starting closing arguments, I have to drive my in-laws to the port so they can leave for a cruise! I'll have to catch up on 2x speed on the drive back but please post any big happenings on here so I don't miss anything! I wonder what today's delay and SIDEBAH was all about? Also, what am I going to listen to all day now that the trial is essentially over? No more crash daddies to make me swoon while I'm a work. LOL! Appreciate everyone's input over this trial and look forward to hearing everyone's thoughts on closings and, of course, the verdict. We may not always agree, but I love having this sounding board and our camaraderie. Anyone else nervous about the verdict?? You never know what a jury is thinking! I'll be checking in here until I can listen to closings so thank you to anyone who is able to post updates!
