Jackson is doing a great job.

Now talking about the puncture holes in the sweater... no cuts... 36 marks on his arm.. 9 holes in the sweatshirt...

really going after Welcher and his 400K blue paint expert opinion.

Soooo happy he explained the whole diffusers thing. It is very important to prove the tail light was not broken running into JOK.

now going after Burgess... confirmation bias... making the data "FIT" for the CW... they had 3 1/2 years to 'get it right'...

RIGHT! I wish they would have gone into it more in the trial .... the diffusers were a big thing that didn't seem to come into it until ARCCA as far as I remember.

Man, the X-Rays are just BRUTAL for the CW!! No wonder they tried to hide them.
I agree. It really stretches the bounds of reality to try to believe beyond a reasonable doubt that John was hit by a car, when neither his body nor the car show signs of collision. MOO

The time WELCHER clocked...

it didn't fit, it didn't work...

Enter Burgess... they came up with something part way through the trial..

would an expert make anything up... change something to help the CW...

just look at Burgess' CV ...

78 feet to the garage door... that is not a coincidence...

AJ point about the taillight being incapable of lighting after Proctor had it but had been illuminated prior is all I need to hear. The only link the CW had to a collision is the taillight pieces and that 1000% removes that “evidence”

Jackson.. he was not outside.. he was somewhere warmer... like a basement or garage...

he did not die of hypothermia because he was not outside.

Showing Welcher's video of test dummy going back.

What can make you fall back like that? like a fist to the right eye...

hard ridge like surface... like a cement step... what's inside that garage? Michael Proctor never looked...

Look at that arm.. you didn't need top experts to know that they are dog bites.. BUT you had them...

The CW didn't have 1 witness come in and say they were inconsistent with dog bites...

Dr. L...
when Brennan asked him if she considered the speed of the car... she said it didn't matter because he did not get hit by a car.

The CW has not called a single witness that said he got hit by a car.

It’s impossible for JoK to have been hit by a car and this collision caused him to die, defense are making things much more clear this trial than last

Going after the investigation... not getting warrant .. not securing the scene...

Anyone know who the blond sitting behind AJ's right shoulder is?

I think it is way better than the 1st trial... the party goers just muddied everything and made it so the science was ignored. It was drama.

reading Proctor's texts ... didn't get to hear from him... but I ask you to go read them... exhibit 209... lol

Really hoping the O’Keefe’s are listening in earnest and at least some of it will help them question things when they are ready.

Chriiiiist AJ, this closing cannot be matched. What a talent. Passionate because truth is on his side. The jury have to be ingesting and believing him. Ng.

I have no clue who she is,I swore for a few days the singer Lorde was behind that piece of furniture .
