You can't get a subpoena by fax, Hank- it has to be obtained in person.

IMO he often relies on the fact that jurors are not legal experts and don’t always understand the process. Twisting the truth..

Exploiting is what he does, appropriation is very common with liars and fraudsters. Originality not so much. jmo

Defending proctor.. fired proctor . The jurors CANNOT be so stupid for falling for ANY of his babble. I pray.

And according to HB, Buckenik did not say Proctor had honor, only that he had integrity.
Buckenik "would never" say that Proctor had honor, like Buckenik has since he was in the military.
