Headed out to watch my little 5 year old niece perform the cheerleading routine she learned in camp this week (awwwww) but make no mistake about it, if the jury comes back with a lightning-fast, never-before-seen speedy verdict, I'll be watching my niece's performance while simultaneously watching the Law and Crime livestream on my cell phone. LOL! At this rate, though, Judge Bev will still be reading the jury instructions. The jury has to be chomping at the bit to get to deliberations! How I would love to be a fly on that wall!

IMO

I hate that Auntie Bev gets to choose the foreperson; who came up with that idea?
I don't lilke that at all. In my jury experiences we decided during first hour of deliberations and it was an easy process. There is usually a natural leader and you sort of see that during interactions during the trial.

VERDICT WATCH appearing in Karen’s heading almost made me lose my damn mind.

Well that was the punishment given to KR because she wouldn’t take the fall for the Alberts.

And if not it will be an "episode"
Episode = we will plant evidence, fabricate timelines and invent conversations in an effort to railroad her for murder.

I think BC is leaning towards the 2nd charge...operating under the influence.

How can the jury remember everything she just read out?!!!? Do they get a copy of her instructions to review again?

ahhh so Seat 1 .... is the foreman...

She moved that juror there a few weeks ago IIRC

Someone here called it. She chose Juror #1 as Foreperson.

On the jury I served on, we selected our own foreperson. It’s interesting that in Mass the judge selects.
