How can the jury remember everything she just read out?!!!? Do they get a copy of her instructions to review again?
I believe she said they receive a written copy as well, and that if there are any discrepancies between the two, her word prevails. But of course.

ahhh so Seat 1 .... is the foreman...

She moved that juror there a few weeks ago IIRC
She sure did. I believe it was 1 and 6 who were switched IIRC.
IMO.

What if juror 1 is a selected alternate?

are they starting deliberations now or Monday a.m.?

That person's number is likely kept out of that fancy box put beside the judge that she was waving Read and Little away from.

He will not be included in the juror balls IIUC
That’s ridiculous, so seat 1 is an automatic deliberating juror. That’s not very random.

I think BC is leaning towards the 2nd charge...operating under the influence.
So BC can please MM and give KR jail time if found guilty of operating under the influence?

They’re pulling alternates in open court

So they are sequestered until they come up with a verdict.

On the jury I served on, we selected our own foreperson. It’s interesting that in Mass the judge selects.
Same in my state! From what I’m seeing, seems like it’s a thing in NE - Maine, New Hampshire, Maryland, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts all have the judge select the foreperson.

To confuse the jurors?

Juror 1 is the juror who doesn’t take notes. Not saying that influences him one way or another, but it’s interesting

Officially on verdict watch

The foreperson should’ve been chosen after the alternates are selected. That’s crazy.

CourtTV just put up the deliberations clock

Me thinks the only jurors in the alternate basket are the ones previously hand picked by the CW to be thrown out..... how else could the foreman be chosen before the draw JMO hmmm
