That is why we are all upset about the video at the sallyport. It clearly shows Proctor near that taillight when they tried to claim he never did. It also shows a toolbox near it at one point. It is crazy that video from the sallyport mysteriously disappeared when the Lexus first arrived. Clearly again, something stinks in the LE's "quest" to frame to investigate this and get true justice for John.
Not going to lie, it feels very OJ and the glove at Rockingham to me.

I know the FBI have taken a step back but are they still looking at this or have they concluded their investigation?

No one really knows. We have heard from LE that the FBI have finished. But, if the FBI were investigating LE, would they truly be the first to know that the investigation is over??

True. And just because they are kicking back to wait and see what comes out in the trial doesn't mean they are entirely done. I'd imagine they'll have a few folk they will want to speak to again after this.

I didn't realise it was literally one hair!!
one hair that even moved between the 1st picture and the 2nd picture that they took. But it stayed on the SUV during that blizzard

Due to my kids’ schedules, we are celebrating Father’s Day today and he wants to go see the new “Mission Impossible” movie which is 3 hours long (side note: UGH). I have told my family, in no uncertain terms, that I WILL be leaving the theater immediately if it is announced that a verdict has been reached. 😂 I’ve already got notifications turned on and I’m wearing my Apple Watch :)

Honestly, nobody really knows, and they aren't going to admit to still investigating.
I certainly hope they're still at it.
IMO.

Respectfully, IMO it might be more accurate to indicate that a hair was found or located on the car after the snow melted. IMO there also appears to be considerable supposition and debate as to that ‘evidence’ having been found as such. I also wonder if the ‘chain of custody’ records for that vehicle and ‘hair’ evidence parallels some of the other items IMO wherein suitable evidentiary chain of custody records were found to be IIUC lacking. IANAL. MOO
No one knows when and how that hair got there. Non-evidence. Laughable. Jmo

Deliberation clock still ticking at 6 hours.
Court TV saying they still haven't taken their lunch.
Hmmm...
Trial one was 27 hours but were sent back twice (?) to continue.
When did the first "we can't agree" note come in in trial one?
IMO.

It wouldn't be the Karen Read trial without some confusion sprinkled in periodically.
IMO.
