You know how you know McAlberts were involved in his death?
When Karen runs to JO, Jennny Jen Jen has to be told to call 911 AND THEN she stays outside.

Think of it this way, if you watched your “dear friend” being found dying or dead in your sister’s yard, the very first thing you’d do is go bang on the door, get your BIL first responder to start rendering aid until emt and police get there, get the blankets, help.

She had to be told to call 911 and she had to be told to go in the house.

*advertiser censored*, even if it wasn’t your immediate family’s property you’d go bang on that door.

SHE KNEW, they ALL knew.

I hope justice catches up to them all and JO gets justice finally.

That really bothers me too. And if JM states she was too in shock to think about doing that, then she was too in shock to remember anything else, let alone the moment of clarity Karen had when she snapped out of her hysterical actions and confessed to murdering JO before reverting back to her hysterical state. But of course JM knew he was dead. The whole thing is ridiculous.

And I think I'm going to add this to everyone of my posts because I just can't get over it. The FBI gave 3000pgs of documents to the DEFENSE TEAM about the investigation into this case!! The FBI is backing the defendant because the local police dept is so shady and corrupt. That can not be overlooked and it's unbelievable that they can't bring that up in court.

But then KR would have had to remove it later in the morning and put the broken one back on to fit the narrative.
Not really. She just needed to drive out of the garage with the unbroken one, get on the camera and then slightly hit JO’s car. After that, she does have a small break on the glass that won’t be of the size left when you hit a person full-speed. A break, but smaller one, After that, all red glass found in the area of the Fairview 34, as she claims, was “planted“.

BTW, I don’t know how exactly JO died. I merely assume that he was last seen getting into KR’s car at the Waterfall and that en route to Fairview 34 he was texting back, and after a while, the texts stopped coming. The time between his last text and the first not-answered one is when he was somehow incapacitated, probably, in KR’s car or getting out. All I know is that no witness saw him enter BA’s house so I assume, it didn’t happen.

I personally suspect that KR killing him is the most plausible of versions, but I don’t know all the details. All to the rest - we had the defense claim that the dog bit JO; if you have noticed, this version quietly expired. People claimed that BA and BH kill him, out of BH’s “jealousy”. The texts between BH and KR that we were presented show, amidst other things, that BH is no young passionate Romeo. I think the defense will return to “Colin” because fewer people saw him leave. But I hope, technology will reveal more about the true circumstances of JO’s death.

After this trial, it would be great to have a joint trial for McCabes, Alberts, BH and Chief where they all would be found guilty of corruption, collusion and conspiracy resulting in the death of JO. I'm thinking on what their sentences should be.

I personally feel that we will never know the truth about what really happened with JOK. Thanks to the sloppy non-existent investigation, and the proven in court lies , cover up and corruption by some of these 'party gatherers' we will never get to the truth.
The crime scene is non existent, the evidence collected is tainted and or rehomed, and most if not all of the players are not to be believed. No matter who we feel is guilty, this will never be solved. No thanks to the Canton PD.

RIP John O'Keefe

I just can’t get passed KR seeing the mound of snow and knowing that was JO. I do believe she bumped him with her car, but …….more happened after that.
Any idea how long of a drive she had home after dropping JO off?

Do you believe a guy can see a piece of broken tail light from a moving car in an area that had been gone over 3 times by investigators? Do you believe that 1 guy in a house can see out the window, thru the snow, 30 yrds away from the house and see tire tracks in the snow, but can't read a piece of paper 3 inches in front of his nose in court. Do you believe a guy can see a long haired female sitting with her hands at the 10 and 2 position on a steering wheel but can't remember literally ANYTHING else he's done practically forever?

There are sooo very many of these hoops we have to jump thru to believe any of the testimony so far. They just keep coming and coming. I can give the benefit of the doubt to a few of them, hell even a dozen but there are dozens and dozens of other hoops to jump thru in order to believe any of these people to come to the conclusion that KR killed JO.

It's almost in the hundreds. Shoddy investigations, butt dials, butt dials of butt dials, missed phone calls, chain of evidence violations, deleted data, FBI investigations, re-homing of dogs, cell phones and houses, new re modelling of cellar doors, Group interviews of witnesses which is a HUGE problem and goes against all investigative norms, bruised knuckles and falling fist first into ice, high maintence girfriends, weird timings of phone calls, abnormal comings and going at the police stations, alcohol and drunk driving, missing videos, selective DNA sampling, snow plows, shoddy crime scene security, injuries that don't line up with injuries, text messages that disappear, selective memory, police and reports that mention nothing of a confession, everyone being connected and related to cops. The list goes on and on and on we have to believe ALL of these in order to eliminate reasonable doubt. Take one or two of these out and the Jenga Tower falls and the CW's case fails. I still don't see how this ever made it to trial. It's a farce.

If the tail light is indeed in tact at 5 a.m., when was it ever broken? Seems very skeevy and usually before a car is towed it would be photographed at the site of the accident- ? No?

She admitted to the police it was broken sometime that night when she talked to them that day.

Important to note what injuries he didn't have. No injuries to his mid-section.

He had hemorrhaging in his pancreas and stomach.

The high maintenance girlfriend's now fiance is also on his way to becoming a police officer. He'll say nothing. They must be hounded by their families/friends of WHAT are you doing?? This would be if they KNOW the person's personality and are seeing them being secretive/closed off and 'don't want to talk about it, can't etc. A/K/A SUPER SHADY. I mean people on the 'fringe' but have been interviewed and 'know nothing'. He is considered family clearly. They all do have other people in their lives. SHE works at a D.A.'S OFFFFFICCCCE. Don't know if it's that county or not, but pretty sure it must be.

I don't know what happend either. but if the FBI states that there is no evidence that supports JOK being hit by a vehicle and no evidence that the car damage was a result of hitting a person, add to the fact that John sounds like he went thru a hazing with his injuries. Blood and other evidence found on his boxers, but not his pants. His belt missing, shoe and hat. s
Something is off.

Maybe someone drove into her driveway, smashed the tail light, gathered up the pieces and planted them in Albert's yard. Sound crazy? No crazier than anything else we've heard. MOO

Can't wait for tomorrow and more evidence to mull over!

He had hemorrhaging in his pancreas and stomach.
Not true. There was no blood. His pancreas was reportedly dark red from hypothermia.

Do you have a link that confirms blood in his stomach?

  • #214
Nope, he said it was when he was parked on the street and leaving to go to the pd.

Brian Higgins said when he left 34 Fairview Road between 12:30 and 1 a.m. on Jan. 29, 2022, snow was falling harder than before, but not enough to need his plow. He said he began driving his Jeep but heard the plow grinding on the ground, so he stopped and lifted the plow before driving away.
The question is why his plow was grinding on the ground?

Link?

She only talked to them at the scene that day and she didn't tell them she broke it that "night" at any time.

But there is video of her hitting John's car that morning with that portion of her vehicle at his house hours after she dropped John off.

Same here ! No doubt, with Jackson gone Yanetti will step up to the plate and deliver. Judge Bev is NOT A FAN of Alan Jackson at all, as she was on the quick to sustain any and all objections from Lally. With Yanetti, who is from her 'area', not an 'outsider'...she might be a little more tolerant. He can get by with the " Of course" to her honor, after being admonished for his 'of courses'. He has played in her court a time or two, and is not out to maintain an image, but to defend his client. I have faith that he will finish with Higgins with a quieter, more subtle but just as deadly fireworks show.

Page 14 here.

Dr. Scordi-Bello opined from her examination that significant blunt force trauma injuries occurred
prior to Mr. O'Keefe becoming hypothermic, as evidenced by hemorrhaging in his pancreas and stomach.

He hadn't lifted it up, mechanically, from inside his jeep and secured it up. He was done plowing the ALBERT'S driveway, ( a swipe as there was a little snow) and normally a plower has it lifted from the ground when not plowing snow and carries on.

She talked to police while at parents' house on the 29th. Also, both JM and KR told police on the 29th that KR showed them the taillight when they drove together.

Page 16 for KR's interview.

"The defendant indicated that she first observed the broken taillight in the morning and did not know how she had broken it the previous evening."

Rsbm.

Can you explain what you mean by this?

Yannetti specifically talked about the rehoming of Chloe in his opening. In fact I would say it was one of the highlights; remember him making air quotes when he said the word "rehome"? Several witnesses, including Nicole and Brian Albert as well as Jen McCabe, have been asked a series of questions about Chloe's whereabouts, where she was slept that night, did she bark in the morning, etc.

It doesn't sound to me like they've abandoned the theory at all. I expect we'll hear more about Chloe when it's the defense's turn to put on their case and their forensic pathologist will say that the wounds on John's arm are consistent with an animal attack.
