Pretty hilarious that Proctor is the only one testifying that "large pieces" were missing. Also, does he own a smart phone? He couldn't have taken a picture? Nobody could be bothered to take pictures. Great policing. JMO

No pictures means jury have to take his word for it. Jury just heard previous cw police witness say a piece and cw civilian witness KerryR say a small hole. And both testified these things on direct under no presssure from cross examination.

The defense it seems could have just said that all the damage to her car was made during towing as nobody appears to have taken any pictures. JMO
Why would the CW call a Dighton LE officer who testifies that there was a "small crack" in the tail light, and then their VERY NEXT witness is Proctor saying "large pieces are missing". If I'm the jury, how am I supposed to take that?
