He saw a ford edge

Brian Loughran, according to the defense motion, emphatically told both a private investigator hired by Read and officers of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) that he made multiple passes by the Alberts’ home between 2:30 and 3:30 a.m. on January 29, 2022 and O’Keefe’s body was not on the lawn where he was found by Read shortly after 6 a.m. Loughran’s testimony, the defense motion alleges, directly contradicts the commonwealth’s assertion that O’Keefe had been “lying incapacitated in Brian Albert’s front yard” since around 12:30 a.m., when he was allegedly struck by Read. The defense also cites additional testimony by Loughran claiming to have observed a vehicle he believed to be a Ford Edge parked near the location of where O’Keefe’s body was discovered sometime after 3:30 a.m.

There was grass under his body and his body was covered with 6” of snow ——
His body temperature is 80 degrees

= he laid there a long time

Why does JOK have defensive bruises on the back of his hands? He must have been trying to fistfight an SUV

I think some people are too busy to watch the trial.
Paris games are fast approaching and mental gymnastics is one of the new featured sports.
Olympic medals are coveted and you MUST practice if you want a chance at winning one.
Competition is fierce.
I’m watching the trial, knew nothing coming in. Think we all just see things differently. I definitely give law enforcement the benefit of the doubt until, proven otherwise. Lots of mess ups but I don’t see conspiracy…..

I also love how the car that went 40 miles in a blizzard on a tow truck rolls already dusted clean into a warm garage full of snow on the ground.
Total magic!
It was warm from driving it, she parked it in the garage and she had driven it around more later, according to her, looking for him before calling up the other two women.

Also Ryan Nagel and Heather Macon both testify that they saw KR alone in her vehicle on her phone the car light on indicating that JOK did indeed get out of the car and at some point. Neither Ryan and Heather saw him outside the car, in the front yard of the house nor did they hear any arguing coming from the vehicle’s vicinity. This further corroborates KR’s testimony that she was waiting for him outside and raises the question where was JOK if not in the house, in the vehicle or somewhere else on the property that was not readily visible to them? Considering the snow storm and Heather’s testimony that JOK was in the car when KR parked the first time we know logically he had to be somewhere nearby.

JMcC also denies hearing or seeing the couple arguing from their car or seeing KR reverse her vehicle, make a 3 point turn or hit JOK with her vehicle.

Plus even if he was in a hit and run did occur, though I am not convinced one did yet, or we haven’t heard evidence that he was in the house yet, the lacerations on his arm and the vomit and throw up that were found on his shirt, jeans and underwear seem to indicate that JOK was subject to an another inciting event not explained by being struck by a vehicle. For example, the ME said JOK was incapacitated by the injuries to his head. We know he was found face up laying on his back but for his bodily fluids to drip down his sweatshirt, shirt, pants and undergarments he would have had to been in a vertical or at least in a sitting or crouched position. Otherwise without the help of gravity he would have more likely asphyxiated or been found with vomit and blood mainly around his face and head area. This would mean before suffering the detrimental injuries he was likely somewhere conscious but in need of help with his body in an upward position. Something awful happened to him that does not fit the prosecution’s version of events that he supposedly fell victim to KR’a rage and drunk driving before losing consciousness by 12:45.

MOO
Perhaps after he exited the SUV - he became nauseous and walked away from the house to throw up - out of view of the house & Karen -
Karen claims 10 minutes went by before she moved the SUV.
Maybe he urinated & kept throwing up. Maybe he was bent over puking when she hit him -

Perhaps he was able to briefly sit uo, vomit again before losing consciousness

Not to me and I have no axe in this fire at all.
Their cross examinations have provided bombshells.
I started watching it accidentally on Tube and I became fascinated..
I watched how the prosecution witnesses behaved and my internal alarm bells all rang very loudly.
Remember these are people well versed on the law, had access to the best minds yet performed so poorly that anybody would be shaking their heads.

And all this before the defense has even put its case forward..

Toto.. theres a prob...

I'm a former emergency worker, nurse and paramedic and if there were blue lights flashing on my lawn and my phone ringing at the same time, instinct would kick in.. I wouldn't sleep through both though I could well sleep through a call.. alone.
My dog wouldn't sleep through it either... but they're all tucked up nicely and miss the whole thing and dont even go and look at the place from where his body was moved when they finally awaken..

A cop doesn't go check his own garden after he is informed that a dead body with clear injuries congruent with a fight decides not to bother go look-see?

A poster suggested earlier that if KR was guilty she should have stayed in her bed until someone came to tell her the bad news.

That is exactly what this family did..

Do you not see it?
I see things totally differently. For one I’m shocked KR was up so early after consuming so much alcohol. She has (to me) the personality if John was in that house, not answering her messages….she would be in there to get him. I’ll be interested to see her first few messages that night. Albert’s were sleeping until Jen came and woke them up. I can see MP doing shady stuff, but I don’t see John in the house. There is no way (in my mind) they let John just bleed out a few hours and took him to the front yard.
Only other thing I think is possible maybe John was in the yard getting sick, Karen took off, bumped into him and about the same time Higgins comes out as John staggered to the side walk and Higgins hits him in the plow truck.
Just cause 2 say they didn’t see him in the car, don’t mean he wasn’t there. No one saw him in the house.

They don’t look like defensive wounds to me

That’s exactly how I think it happened, he was bent over. However I don’t believe Karen at all…..remember she seen John walk up to the side door (eye roll).

there was texting back & forth with someone in the house prior to them arriving at the house- if I recall correctly …
Yet Karen claims she didn’t think they were invited or that she specifically was invited -

I just don’t see them as defense, looks like he smashed the back of his hand against something, his knuckles look fine, also don’t think every injury can be explained when your in an accident or hit by a car. His shirt wasn’t very thick, there was glass around him.

But I had a dog one time and my dog never bit me, THEREFORE, Chloe could NEVER have bit someone. JMO
Of course- totally normal for a man to remain perfectly still, as a dog repeatedly claws or bites him
Leaving not a single trace of evidence- no DNA - no dog hair
Are you claiming Chloe attacked him after he was unconscious?

I’m talking about the sallyport mirrored video (I clearly stated 40 mile drive on a tow truck).

What do you guys think about trooper B’s statement testifying that proctor stayed outside w the car while B entered the Read residence?
That was sus to me.

I’m claiming that it’s ridiculous to say you had a dog who pawed at you and didn’t leave any marks as evidence that another dog somewhere else in the world is incapable of doing that. JMO

It is possible though that considering his blood loss, that he was lying in the snow under cold weather conditions during a windy storm, inability to move, his dire need for help to get someplace warm and to remove his clothes it is possible according to the National Weather Service that severe hypothermia could have set in within 30 minutes unfortunately. Westpac Marine estimates that death can occur between 3-12 hours for those whose temperatures drop between 70-80 F.

Ok? Software updates have nothing to do with her deleting calls and having more butt dials in an hour than I have had in 40 years. JMO
Proves nothing. I don’t know about you but I can tell you when my phone updates, strange things happen. We have to wait and see what’s said at trial by the experts. My husband butt dialed my girlfriend 6 times the other week, she called me to make sure everything was ok. So it happens.

He didn’t remove his clothes tho.

Also if I recall correctly, Karen originally claimed she separated from O’Keefe at the waterfall -

She spent 20 minutes or so driving around looking for before calling the other two women

THAT was going to be her original story!

…and “on top of everything, “ hit something with my car but didn’t look at the damage”
Said Karen Read

Yeah Jen was texting John. She also called and gave him directions I believe.
