How long was the SUV in the police bay? As in total time.

Cannot write the words I want to use to characterise Lally right now.
"What if any/anything..." is your *** case based on?
(Ask it differently echoes in the background)

Jackson showing video from another camera in the sallyport (poor quality) that would have shown the right rear taillight area and anyone around itAsks YB why there is a 42 minute gap after KR's SUV is driven in by tow truck driver.YB says cameras are motion activated and video was not altered in any way.

The defense manufactured so much drama around the actual ORIGINAL NON-manipulated mirrored video ….they now asked to show a “doctored” video they inverted.

Sigh….
That isn’t what happened. Not sure why you would misrepresent the testimony and evidence. If it was accidental you should delete.

Defense now showing this video, which is very poor quality but taken from the opposite side of the sally port. Sgt. Bukhenik says he sees the SUV and a person behind it in this shot. This video "jumps" 42 minutes, per defense attorneys.

On redirect, prosecutor Adam Lally asks about the inverted video. Sgt. Bukhenik says it's in the same inverted condition today that it was when he received it from Canton Police. Jury will now watch the entire 5+ min video.

Prosecutor Adam Lally begins redirect questioning of Bukhenik. Bukhenik says the inverted video is how he received it from the Canton Police Dept.

Lally is now playing the uninverted video of the SUV in the garage. Asks Bukhenik to notice the snow falling from driver's door Asks him if noticed any snow falling for O'Keefe's vehicle when Read's SUV came close in driveway.

Lally, ADA handling this case, asks Bukhenik directly if he or Trooper Proctor ever manipulated the tail light on Karen Read's Lexus. He says in a strong voice, "we absolutely did not."

I'd still like an answer as to why ZERO PICTURES of this car were taken prior to being towed or when it was dropped off at the sally port.
Not only did they not take any pictures of the passenger tail light, they did everything possible to make sure there were no pictures available or video that could be enlarged to show it. The MSP and Canton PD did their best to keep it out of view entirely.

The defense and many of Reads supporters implied the CW had doctored / flipped the video to deliberately mislead the jurors

The media called it a "doctored" video.

The CW presented a mirrored version of the video to the jury. With new blue timestamps at the bottom. Why?
The defense had to correct this edit the CW made, so they undid the mirror flip to show accuracy (Bukhenik said the defense video shows "right is right and left is left").

@BienickWCVB

Bukhenik says he initially told medical examiners office this might be a domestic situation based on info he'd received from first responders that Read said she'd hit him and that a cocktail glass was found at scene.

Bukhenik says after he saw O'Keefe's body he knew that the cocktail glass was not what caused his injuries.

They're off in the ether, along with the 42 minutes of sallyport video.

Detective explains why he mistakenly informed the state medical examiner's office O'Keefe may have been struck and killed by a cocktail glass...He says he knew there were statements fromt he defendant saying "she hit him" and there was a broken glass at the scene...

...so he wanted ME to have the most updated information. Lally finished his redirect. Now Jackson is asking some more questions about how the Sgt got this info saying that Sgt Goode told him she hit him. Are there reports stating this? He doesn't believe so.

YB initially told medical examiner's office that JO's death appeared to have been the result of a domestic involving cocktail glass. He says he changed that determination after seeing JO's injuries at hospitalYB: “I could tell the glass was most likely not the object or weapon that was used to cause the injuries to Mr. O’Keefe”

Guess there’s no need to call the ME since Bev allows Bukhenik to testify as one. JMO
