I have a few hypothetical scenarios for what happened. Higgins or someone else hitting JO, and things escalating out of control are my most likely. And JO left the house and passed out in the snow and died because nobody in the house cared enough to check. Number 2 is KR hit JO accidentally but there was something else happening in the house that was being covered for and everyone is doubling down because they're screwed if they come clean now.
I noticed YB doing something with his tongue during the intense questioning.Didn’t we have this observation about someone else earlier in the trial?
Could have sworn there was someone. Can’t remember who
Jumping on your post. My thought.
KR hot JO with the car, caused bumps and bruises. JO went into the house told the guys ‘just about mowed me down etc.,’.
A fight happened for another reason .
They came up with this idea….
And the plan went from there.
Where are his socks!? It’s driving me nuts! That's so weird you said that. While I was watching it I wondered whether he had even been wearing sneakers that night??
I want to give a call and ask that!Where are his socks!? It’s driving me nuts!
Would be appreciated! Though, it would need to have multiple columns… since none of the liars’ testimonies match with times.Hell yeah you can make one! Posters here will be super appreciative.
I do not know what happened.... If the CW could explain things like why the sally port tape is reversed, it would make them more credible, but they cannot. Also, just IMO, I have seen witness testimony before that is tainted and nasty and it really messes up a case- IMO.
[this wound up with my reply before the Q...whatever]Wanted to take a pulse of our group…
After today, are you more or less convinced KR is guilty?
Has anyone (who came into this thinking KR is guilty) changed their minds?
Mostly referring to belief shift from guilty to innocent, rather than “she will be found NG bc of lack of evidence or too much reasonable doubt, but I think she hit him”.
TIA!
I think the two Nike shoes currently in evidence (each shoe with white sole) match and therefore the jurors are probably OK.If the shoes really DO match, I think they should probably address it because the jury is going to notice that they don't look like they do.
IMO
Can someone remind me/clue me in on what Lucky the plow driver said/will say on the stand?
why would his shoes not have been on his feet?Where are his socks!? It’s driving me nuts!
why would his shoes not have been on his feet?
I could have missed a big thing .
(was he wearing socks?)
This is getting too creepy now..
Poor guy deserved better, so much better.
Haven't a clue..OK, rewatching opening statements (mostly because it's bedtime and I have a crush on Yanetti....I kid I kid....), and he said Karen, in a panic, backed out of her garage around 5AM, after she realized he never got home.
But he didn't say where she went, if anywhere, after that. And wasn't her car forward facing when KR and JM arrived at her home? Did she pull out of her driveway and then pull back in?
I'll need to watch some more testimony tomorrow to understand what happened next unless someone else can clarify?
Why would laced sneakers fly off?One shoe was on his foot. The other was found later in the snow. Yes, he was wearing socks.
Shoes commonly fly off fit when they are hit by a car, which is the State's point.
Can someone remind when KR and backed into John's car?
Where are his socks!? It’s driving me nuts!
Why would laced sneakers fly off?
Most of his injuries were to his head..
His brother described his eyes as resembling two ping pong balls when he went to see him in the hospital.
